Excellent product... I live in Florida where it rains slot. I have been living in a camper since my home was destroyed by a Cat 5 Hurricane... The roof of the camper leaked when it rained. I was in Dollar General and spotted a can of Mr. Swift's flex seal and thought why not... I sprayed the entire top of the camper with it and waited for the next storm...When it it hit, it was ferocious! But not a single leak in my little camper... EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
I bought clear flex seal tape at Dollar General for $15.99 put it on seam it wouldn't seal even cleaned area before applying this is a POS product don't waste your money by a lying company and there computer generated reviews Flex Seal Tape Sucks and doesn't stick a waste of hard earned money ml
Great product with one major flaw…cannot be stored. Once opened begins to set! One quart can of Liquid FS, used small amount, closed can (just like a paint can) two weeks later top inch was a 'rubber puck'! Carved through that, used a little sealed in a zip lock and refrigerator. Two weeks later opened…top inch was another 'rubber puck'. Tried painting FLEX SEAL around the rim to seal the can…two weeks later the final amount was solid rubber. BOTTOM LINE: you have to use it all once the can is opened.
I went to Lowe's for a 3 pound container of Flex Seal! Upon opening, I got one pound of Flex Seal! The other 2 pounds was cured rubber! Lowes refunded me the $34.98! I received a store credit and got another 3 pound container! Went home and I got 2 pounds of the product! Screw it! The Flex Seal spray cans are better for small jobs!

Flex seal containers suck! Don’t buy! Spray cans work fine for small jobs! False advertising for Flex Seal Paste!
Small drips from the end of the corrugated roof line that i underlapped another short sheet on my pergola to make the roof length.
Sprayed and pasted Flex Seal over the underlap joint with the paste to seal and then 2 full cans of Flex Seal spray over total area to cover any open spot.
Dried till nxt rain.
Not even a heavy rain and now the leak(s) have expanded across the entire patio roof line.
How after sealing the leak, the water went against gravity and went under the corrugated roof.
The entire area 8" x 72" was covered by FLEX SEAL and now it leaks even more.
WTF! GO FIGURE... but ill never trust this product anymore and my customers too.

Read the instructions, "apply several even coats until ALL cracks and holes have been filled, Allow 24-48 hours today,,, 48 hours to fully cure. Sprayed on Tuesday Thursday it was completely wet! Rude employee told me, The More you apply the longer it takes, hopeful to return for a refund, container I sprayed the inside of is not going to be used, possibly going to have to throw away. Sounded good but,,,,,, not yet
Tried using flex seal to stop a leak on our camper water tank. Have tried the can spray and the tape. Dried the surface as much as I we could and it was still little damp. The tape would not stick to damp surface as it claims and did not keep from leaking. Also the can spray would not stick to the surface!
I do not recommend for water issues!

Flex Seal Liquid grey we purchased 29 gallons 2 at a time and some times 4 at a time from lowes and home depot.
The flex tape is nothing but a scam and a rip off. Very little tape for t+e price. They are paying for huge advertising to draw the co; sumer, then, cheat them. But, then, again, every business in our country is out to scam every citizen.
Used it for leaky gutter, (small leak), went on like silly string, did it 3 times, did no good at all. Purchased at home depot, if i still had my receipt i would return it. Will not ever recommend using this product. Bob m.
Two stars because the product worked for me, but the container was apparently defective. Used product once after buying it in September 2020 for a small job using very little of the contents. I recently (March 2021) went to my workshop shelf, where all my products are stored without problems, and found the can had erupted like Mt. Vesuvius. I am happy with the product as it has held up well in the direct Arizona sun for about six months now. I'm unhappy because the small amount I used turns out to have been pretty expensive considering the can failure and the rest of the product now going in the dumpster. I hope Amazon/Flex Steel will replace the defective can... we'll see and I'll try to provide a follow up to this post.
I purchased Flex Seal paste to seal up some leaks in our basement. It works pretty well on holes that are dry at the time you seal them, but does not seal a hole with water running through it like they tell you on tv. It just dissolves into the water. Also you need to use it all as soon as you open it or it will harden and you cant use it.
