They debit your credit card when you place the order. They tell you that goods are available to be shipped - processing supposed to take 7 days. It is nearly 1 month and I am still waiting for some shoes I ordered for a wedding. The company advertises that they are in Sydney but do not have any contact phone number for complaints. All communication is by email only. They answer promptly but it is only a general reply that doesn't deal the the issue in hand. They have a very professional website stating that they have 12,000 shoes available but don't be lured in like me. I have my doubts if I will ever see the shoes or my money again.
