Promises made but not kept.

I purchased a gv80 on September 26 last year and went to the DMV to inquire why I had not received my title. The DMV informed me that they did not receive the paperwork from the genesis dealer, and that I need to have that conversation with the dealership, and ask the question how long do they expect me to wait for my title. And there is also the issue of the second key fob.
