I ordered a Benchmade and received it about 5 days later, and it wasn't the knife for me. Because I checked out as a guest I called customer service, and within 10 minutes I had a return postal sticker and a full refund. I particularly worked with an individual named Chris who was friendly and helpful. Great stuff.
