Disappointing to find out that this gazelle glider sprinter only has one resistance level

I have had a gazelle glider for 15 years and it has been a great machine. It has three levels of resistance on the swing arms that you can adjust and get three different levels of resistance. I just received two weeks ago a GG sprinter with two resistance cylinders on the machine. On this machine there is only one level of resistance of which I had no idea. Why would GG put two resistant cylinders on this machine and not have different levels of resistance. Maybe because it looks like they would be adjustable and GG will sell more of them. Why would GG go in the wrong direction by omitting different levels of resistance on this machine?SINCERELY WC
