Good service from garageflooringllc. Terrible service from FedEx and marginal from the manufacturer.
FedEx lost half of the original order and not only did not inform anybody but when I went to them they initially told me the half of the order not received was because it had two shipping labels on it.
The manufacturer then shipped out the lost half but it was the wrong color.
Fed Ex was to pick up the shipment that was the wrong color but as of yet have not. They called 6 days ago and said they would not pick it up that day (Saturday, Jan 12th) due to road conditions but that they would pick it up during the coming week. It is now Friday, roads are fine and still no pickup.
Garage mat is fine, but easy to trip over sides of the Matt itself because the strips on the sides are so thick. Also, the recommended size (on the site after putting in make and model) was too long for the garage and therefore must be rolled over against the garage wall. So, it's
