Great customer service!

The product webpages are a little cluttered, and very vertical. As a result, they are a bit difficult to work with on a 16:9 monitor. That said, there is plenty of information, and I feel confident I chose the best product for my needs as a result.

No problems no issues

The 10 x 24 diamond plate mat transformed my garage into a space I don't want to leave. Just rolled it out and cut to size. I did add rubber base coving to give the flooring a finished look.

I just completed covering my deck and now using on a small concrete pad in front of my basement door. FYI during my "chat" you were not able to tell me if it had any skid /slip proof texture. Well it does, at every intersection of the weave there is a "bump"so it is slip proof. My next big project will be my garage.

Took a little time to get here but it was okay as I wasn't in a hurry to paint my garage floor.

Some of the menus are a little unintutitive, and some products you have on amazon are not here, and vice versa.

Install was easy. Emptied garage onto driveway and an hour later everything was back in its proper space.

The 8510 concrete sealer worked fine. I expected it to darken the pavers and give them a "wet" look, but the sealer did not change their appearance at all. It was not until it rained a few days later that I could see the effect - water beaded up and ran off, rather than soak in.

Was referenced to your webpage through another site when I was actually looking at Rustbullet. I read through some of the other products and found a better solution for me. I have also been emailed with Sami, who was a big help in determining the quantities of product I would need.

Justin is extremely knowledgeable and provided true customer service and helped me with my specific needs.

We laid the flooring on a cement basketball court and the warm sun softened it. We measured and cut it to width, then dragged it into our wood-floor garage. It fit well. We cut it to length. Being warm, the material was easy to handle. It looks great. No glue or tape seems needed at this time.

Smooth
