It was an easy process and even though I made a mistake on my online order, I was able to call and have it quickly fixed.
My ONLY feedback would be the the tracking number information. I didn't realize that I was provided only 1 tracking number and that I needed to look at other items so I started my project with only half of my supplies on hand. Not a big deal. But if more attention was put on the separate items OR if there was a count of how many boxes I should expect I would have had a better idea. Again, not a bad experience, just a missed opportunity.

Ok I was disappointed I could not get the mat I wanted, it was on back order for 30 days had to get the next size bigger and $10.00 more.

Ok, one mat went to back order while i was filling out my order. Cancelled the one on back order, that took a few calls to get my price refunded correctly. Once that was corrected, the other mat arrived in no time at all.
Was not happy with the texture of the product.
Felt it was too small, but the bigger size was sold out.
