Generally a good product. Only issue is that customer reviews indicated it took a few days for it to completely lie flat. It's been two weeks and is lying flat except for each end where it is still curled up a little. This could be a problem as this will be enough to keep the water from running out the garage door freely. Will probably use two-sided heavy duty tape to flatten the end near the garage door

I received the product as described and am very satisfied. The company checked in throughout the transaction to make sure everything was OK which was greatly appreciated----and they even had the best pricing on what i needed! Great experience.

I purchased the garage floor true containment mats. They shipped quickly and were good quality. So far they have done an excellent job catching rain and snow, looking forward to seeing how they do the rest of the winter!

I am pleased with the containment mat that I received. It has taken a little bit of time for it to relax completely but then again it has be only about 60 degrees here until a couple of days ago. I look forward to seeing how well it contains the snow melt in the winter time. And if that will minimize damage to my garage floor from the snow and chemicals they put on the roads here in the northeast.

The 8510 concrete sealer worked fine. I expected it to darken the pavers and give them a "wet" look, but the sealer did not change their appearance at all. It was not until it rained a few days later that I could see the effect - water beaded up and ran off, rather than soak in.

Great experience at this time. I made the order but could not qualify for free shipping so I had to pay extra which is understandable for my location. Tile boxes arrived before shipping notice came, and the boxes needed to be reaped by USPS. We like the product and will order more when we can.

The people I spoke with have been helpful. The options on the site are laid out clearly. I feel like I need more information. I had to talk to people to determine which anti-skid, whether I needed a kit or just product, etc. Rust Bullet made a mistake in drop shipping my order. Both GF LLC and RB were very helpful in correcting the mistake.

THis product got good reviews, so I searched for it and found you! You have exactly what I need...unfortunately back-ordered, but I waited, and it came in two weeks - sooner than the 30 days listed! Hooray! Now I have to put it together. We'll see how "easy assembly goes..."

Nice website, interface is modern and intuitive. Need more visuals at higher resolutions for your products. Images are too small, and the mat I purchased there was no image available for the color and style I wanted... so I am shopping blind.

I had a hard time narrowing my search as their were many providers of garage flooring services, for whatever reason Garage Flooring LLC's website was very user friendly. From product selection, shipment of complete order and follow up with customer service it was just a good experience overall for me.

It has been too cold to treat the floor with the B4 solution per the instructions included. Boxes appear to have correct order contents but don't want to unpack to "count" until ready to install. Hoping for warmer weather but not unexpected cold for this time of year. Looking forward to a WARM weekend.

I had a complaint about pricing, a discount code did not work when I applied it. However, follow-up to my complaint was immediate (within 2 hrs) and they resolved my concern to my advantage. My order hasn't arrived yet so I am unable to rate the product itself at this time. However, if the product is as good as the complaint dept, my ratings will definitely go up.

There were some difficulties with my order. Part of the order was not shipped, resulting in a delay, and another portion was a color I had not ordered, necessitating a return. I was able to get these issues solved satisfactorily, but it took a few exchanges via email, chat, and phone.

The experience from start to finish was first class; after purchase communication was good with shipping update emails, product arrived well packed and accurate. The quality of the product (extreme HD floor tiles) is excellent and exceeded my expectations. Make the purchase - you'll be happy!
