Absolutely a great experience! GFLLC sent full size samples that made checking the quality and imagining the floor easy. The onsite planner made it possible to plan out exactly the design that I wanted. Phone advice easy and helpful. Online ordering very easy. Price very competitive with competition of less quality. Fast, accurate delivery. Easy to install. My wife and I installed over 600SQF in a day. Easy to trim with a jig saw. Now the envy of my neighborhood. Could not recommend any higher.

Laid out half a dozen questions (several of which I later answered via digging through the website) around 11am and only got responses to two of them by close of business. Had to hound them for shipping updates, it took several days just for the item to leave the plant, and I don't remember reading about that particular delay anywhere (somewhat spoiled by Amazon I am sure).

The overall experience was good. Shopping was easy. The tiles are excellent. I'm deducting one star because I ordered the B4 floor prep and when I contacted customer service for application instructions, they hadn't heard of the product and weren't of much help.
The process for ordering & receiving couldn't have been easier. I won't be unboxing the floor mat until November when we turn the space back to an actual garage space for the car. I will be glad to rate the item at that time.
