Easy to use website; however my order was shipped in two shipments instead of one. The first order did not indicate why the third item was not shipped. In fact it stated the order was complete, which it was not. I sent an email and got a quick response with the missing item shipped and explanation that the final mat had been back ordered. Easy to understand and easy to order. Thanks. Now that I have been using the containment mat I am thinking of ordering a 2nd mat for the 2nd unit of my garage. I like that I can back out of the garage and clean up the mess quickly with my shop vacuum. Yuck is not tracking into the house.
