I purchased 3 of these mate's last year and they work great.
I live in the Colorado Mountains and this keeps the road debris contained in my garage. I wet vac the water out of the mat as needed and before it spills over, Sometimes my car is coated with Ice and snow after a long drive. This is the best one I have found.

Justin, you was amazing with me, you have quick response on your e-mail and excellent quality of service. The problem is: I waited for long period to receive my product and I has been need to buy other on amazon. The pigment was not necessary any more but thank you anyways.

Product is great. It took a while to receive. I purchased an "open box" item and it was perfectly fine - new and unused. The product was well packaged and easy to unroll. The outer box was the issue for me. It was falling apart by the time I received it. It had been taped together so, obviously, someone had tried to help reinforce it. When I tried to pick it up the box tore and fell apart. The product has some weight to it. Fortunately, the product was well protected and bagged so no damage there. I consider the product well worth the price and the inconvenience of the "open box" item worth the cost savings. Even at full price I would still purchase this item. It has been working great and keeping the water and snow off my garage floor.

My online interaction with Garage Flooring was very good, and they have been great about followup. My garage floor has been too wet to put the mat down, however, so I can't really comment on the product. The delivery from UPS was not satisfactory -- they said I had to be home on a particular day to receive the product, so I was -- all day. Then UPS changed the delivery date to the following day, so my husband was home. UPS dropped the product at the door without having someone sign for it. So why did we waste two days waiting for delivery?

The product met all expectations and the customer service was exceptional. One of my packages was lost by UPS. I contacted the owner directly and received a response within minutes. The problem was addressed immediately with UPS and I had another package on the way in 24 hours. Can't ask for a better response than that.
