Delivery was delayed due to flooding in Colorado, but they provided a tracking number so that I knew where the item was. It arrived yesterday.

Very impressed with the product so far. No problem with assembling the sides. I'm hoping this product will prove to do what it is designed to do during the winter months. Only reason I did not give a 5 star rating on delivery is due more with Fed X because the boxes did not show up on the same day, (they were shipped out the same day from garageflooringllc) and the box that showed up a day later had a good size hole in one corner of the box with some of the product hanging out of the box. I did call customer service to tell them about how the box was received and was told that if anything was missing out of the box that they would send it right out to me, I had no problem. I would definitely do business with this company again just would like UPS used for delivery.
Easy to read but short on details of installation. It took me a couple of hours after a few initial mis-starts.
Your product is exactly what I was looking for in the price that I could afford. It looks great in my kennel area in my home.
