I am having trouble with the mats in cold weather - as is to be expected I guess. Very hard to put together when cold. We may have to wait until Spring!
USER FRIENDLY WEB-SITE. EASY CHECK-OUT PROCESS. However, there is a possibility that the mat may be damaged. As of 2/18/2015 I have not opened the product to inspect it. We have an indoor show we are attending on 02/27/2015 thru 03/01//2015. I will inform you that one end of the package material is extremely damaged. I am hoping once we open the product, everything is okay. I'll be sure to let you know, by taking pictures of any and all portions of the mat that are damaged. Thanks.
The instructions should warn that floor may need to be leveled to retain the maximum amount of liquid, especially if the floor under any portion of the periphery of the mat is low!
So far so good, just submitted first order.
Received the order, it was what I was expecting and it is working well for the moment. The only problem, small item, is that the ends tend to curl up and has not settled into a flat position. The instructions said about three days to settle flat but the ends are stubborn. Had to use tape to drive over the mat without crushing it back. Will wait for summer heat to see if that is the answer.
