I contacted this company re: a service and their fee to come out. An appointment was made but then cancelled shortly thereafter by contacting David as I found another company with no service fee. The repair guy still showed up but did not introduce himself from what company (and his truck had no name on it) so I thought he was from the other company I contacted to come out with no fee. It wasn't until he gave me the business card and invoice at the end that I realized he was from Garage Door Service. He didn't ask for the service fee when he left but ended coming back and asking for it. I immediately contacted David and told him about what happened requesting my $20.00 back. He said they next time they are in the area, they would return my money. He blamed me for the confusion and was very rude instead of returning my money as a professional act of service. It's been 10 days and I have received my money back.
