Never sighed upto the site, do not play games and yet this company started billing me premium rates for a service I never use or even new about.
Am in the process of reposting to PSA and possibly the police for theft. As no matter how many times send stop to numbers they keep billing.
I have a Nokia 216 and it come with a pre-intalled selection of games and demos, one of which is The Amazing Spider-Man. It's only the demo and I was playing it to keep myself distracted while waiting for someone else. I accidentally pressed the Buy Game option, It automatically bought the game, NO confirmation like "are you sure?", immediatly withdrew 3.25€ from my SIM credit. Did not receive activation code for the game (not that I wanted it). Customer service online is a scam, no actual contact information just a search bar and different topic related FAQ. Never using stupid Gameloft for games and if someone from gameloft is reading this add a "confirm purchase" dumbasses. Another thing while supposedly waiting for the code it has the option "retrieve code" and if you press it a text appears that says it should only take five minutes to receive the code if you don't receive the code press 'continue' TO PURCHASE IT AGAIN. Just awefull!
It has been almost 4months since I have been able to play my most favorite game "Order and Chaos". You see you did this update and it send Kindle users into a world by themselves or they where no where. Just a few days ago I finally got a email back and was told I had to down lode the game from Google Play Store. I have been for two days now trying to get Google and I can't. I am told Kindle does not support Google. So you left Kindle users in the dark unable to play ever again. Not cool. And the one time I was lucky enough to get an representative on the phone he was extremely rude. Maybe it was because of all the mad customers that you decide you didn't need anymore calling in demanding to know what happened.
Gameloft as you know one of the best and famous game you have ever made is cars fast as lightning. My request is to please bring it back. It would mean a lot to me.
They make a lot of cool games for mobile phones, no problems ever, i recommend them. Very diverse list of supported platforms, ranging from iOS, Android, Windows, Amazon.
The designers must be the worst in the industry. Steam is a better platform with better games keeping the customer in mind. Spending real money with Steam actually buys something. Gameloft wastes your money purposefully. Games are slow and uninteresting time wasters. Their server is inadequate and they are basically greedy. Sell you something worth nothing and laugh at you. So if you have more money than sense and like half-$#*! games Gameloft is for you.
Bait and switch tactics, I have played two of their games, they intentionally, I believe, let the Chinese use hacks and cheats, with no resolve, in order to get big spenders to spend money to keep up. Then when playersrealize the tactic, they already have cashed your check, and signed terms with iOS Apple and such, to not receive refunds. Stay away from these money suckers. I have lost quite a bit of money mistakingly investing in these games.
This company will ban you from there games as soon as you spend money to buy in game items. They will not refund your money they will not tell you why you are banned because it's false. And again the biggest point they will not refun your purchase after banning you. DO NOT ever download their games or spend your money with them. They are a horrible company to deal with. Completely dishonest it her business practices.
I have been trying to cancel my membership with them for 13 months now through sprint... sprint says they are a 3rd party and can not be canceled through sprint... Gameloft says... well when i hear from them i will let you know what they say
It's such a scam. Played Disney Magic Kingdom. It will not let you earn the main characters- you have to buy them. They each cost a large amount. I finally broke down and bought a character and it never went into the game. I tried to get my money back and they won't answer the phone. There is no voicemail. The phone line tells you to go to the website. The website tells you to send an email (and provides no such email address). When you finally hunt down an email and send a screenshot of the purchase (as the site specifically directs you to), an email is sent in response telling you to go to the website with any issues. That is the very definition of a faceless unethical business made to cheat you out of money. Do not by any means make purchases with them.
Completely hopeless organisation, March of empires massive lag, too many problems in game
They care little about the people who play their game March of empires is full of bugs
In a year of playing legends on IOS I have noticed the multiplayer dominated by hackers, the top clubs all have hackers with unrealistic scores, gameloft set the club targets so high that if you play without hacking you'll never get far in the game, worst of all it's now be proven that the players who are hackers are actually associated with the company

Ive just finished the event to win a "free" BMW Hommage. I'm sorry to say that Ive uninstalled the game from my computer and will never play it again. This game psychologically tortures us by putting impossible goals to win ilusorily "free" cars (free as long as you pay A LOT to get them). The feeling of failure in this game is immense, and the sense of deception is even greater. I do not recommend this game to anyone who does not like to be made a fool.
There no longer is a support phone number, so you have to rely on poorly trained e-mail support staff. I don't recommend playing their games. Also very expensive in game purchases.
I work by my own in costumer care and I never expected that such a bad, ignorant and incompetent service could be possible.
Unfortunately I invested already around 150 in a Game called Asphalt8.
After 2 month playtime they changed some stats for one of my multiplayercars(invested real money). Now the car is useless.
After the last update they have several bugs in their Multiplayermode and "support" doesn't give a $#*! about anything. If you play Multiplayer and the software disconnect you, you lose points. "support" ignores any question about compensation(asked for points, not money) for lost points at all.
Overall i have to say, I will not invest a single Cent in the future in a company that doesn't care about their customers like these morons.
Gameloft has over-estimated the value of their products and under-estimated the worth of good, competent customer service. More importantly, they do not care about the safety and well-being of their loyal, paying customers.
One phone call and thirty-five plus emails and counting, I still don't know whether my account was somehow compromised, nor do I know why I was banned from the game. All Gameloft was able to provide was a list of possible reasons following their token slogan, "we must preserve a fair playing environment for our loyal customers." Unfortunately, it's up to Gameloft's loyal customers to figure out why their systems are picking up suspicious activity because they definitely don't know that answer!
Logically, Gameloft's solution to this problem is to tell their loyal customers that if they commit the offence again they will have their account suspended for a longer duration or possibly terminated regardless that neither Gameloft, nor the customer know what the offence is!
Worse, the terms of the agreement state that Gameloft can terminate an account at any time for any reason, but apparently that's false. When given a good reason to terminate an account (ie: I don't want to be your customer anymore. I don't want to support this kind of crazy.), Gameloft's response is, "Unfortunately, we cannot delete any account due to technical reasons. Only customers can."
If you enjoy circular, crazy, illogical arguments, this company is definitely worth tapping into, just don't pay to play!
Gameloft is horrible, I have been locked out of my account for over 4 weeks now and I have paid well over $20,000 dollars for my account. I was number one in the world on War Planet Online and customer care will do nothing to help me not even refund me the money I spent. DO NOT BY GAMES FROM GAMELOFT. Their support care has no phone number and all they do is reply to your emails with automated replies.
This game seriously needs attention from Gameloft! How many issues have been reported and customer service does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about any of the issues reported!
In Asphalt game there is lots of ads i play one race and back i got one ads again and again poor data storage and poor costume service
ZERO help with customer service. I would not recommend getting any games that are GameLoft products. They rip you off every time.
