Do not bother trying to pay credit card get emails back telling you that you are a fraud, even after reading bad reviews and this I persisted in buying goods (god knows why). Ordered the fake gangster set of pillows as one of my sisters Christmas presents, paid the same as the item in shipping, then three weeks later just before Christmas get sent only one out of the two pillows and told they are now out of stock and discontinued, even though they are still advertising them as in stock. Expensive shipping if outside US, bad service all around. Should have listened to other reviews!

I wouldn't even give them one star, but had to, to make the system accept my message. Ordered a so-called spy-watch. Sent it back three days later for a full refund. Following all the instructions and was given to understand the refund would be back in my account in a matter of 2-3 weeks. They received the return on 9/8/14 according to my tracking receipt. Today is 10/15/14. So 5 weeks, 3 phone calls and 6 emails later, I have heard nothing. Calling produces a recording. Emails produces a big fat zero. I am fed up with these guys and will take legal action if I don't hear within 72 hours.

Just another guy that got ripped off by this site, this is totally a scam! I bought something 5 months ago, it never arrived and I know by the tracking number that it returned to their offices. They don't answer my emails, either my facebook messages... I don't know how to contact them in order to get a response! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE, I WILL START A LAWSUIT.

This site should be called Grifters and Gear. They sell cheap knock off products as the real thing. I bought a watch that was totally unbranded, no serial, no official product box and instructions that looked like they were 3rd gen xerox. The description on the site described the product with features it didn't have because, well it was a fake.

When I tried to return, I had to pay for shipping and insurance. It took foever just to get an authorization which they blamed on the weather. Two weeks later, they did refund the money but they subtracted shipping costs which were originally free.

I returned the watch because they lied about its qualities in the description. When I pointed this out in my original request for a return, they updated their website the same day but as for getting back to me for a return, weeks later and subtracted shipping costs from my refund to boot.

They made a note that they waved the 20% restocking fee... Gee, thanks, you send me a knock off watch, you lie about its features, you charge me shipping to and from and I am supposed to be grateful? Talk about bad customer service.

Worst experience with an online retailer I've ever had. I ordered an inflatable chef costume to go with a chef theme with my wife and daughter for Halloween and had it 2 day shipped to get it here in time. The product arrive on time, but I opened the box only to find an inflatable penis costume had been sent to me instead. This was the most disappointing and disgusting transaction I've ever had with ANY business. Not only was the item disgustingly wrong, but after I returned it and confirmed that it had been delivered to them, it still took them TWO WEEKS to refund my purchase. The customer service was useless and less than helpful. I politely called several times, and after being assured that the refunds department was "literally working on my refund as we speak" (every time I called) and that I'd receive an email within 5 minutes to confirm the refund, it STILL took another 4 days for them to even send the email. I will never do business with this company again and I would never recommend them anyone, not even to my worst enemy.

OMG! I purchaswed a resin mask from this site on 3-8-11. It is now 4-11-11 and nothing. I contact them and they reply "they will check on it in the morning and contact me". I have heard nothing still. This product waqs paid for on 3-8-11. One guy replied to me a few weeks ago and said that the "company" should be getting a shipment in that had the mask in it and I should have it before the second week. What a load of crap. I have requested a full refund and will take business elsewhere, but they have yet to reply.
