Is this a reliable company to purchase goods from as I ordered a camera and did not receive email notification or invoice?

Yes it is a real company, however they are very slow and not very careful it what they send out. Goods are not great on the whole. If you are buying as a present for someone give yourself a back up plan in case it takes them forever to send or if in a months time they tell you it is out of stock.
