Gables Montecito is a lovely community that is relatively taken care of. However, the Palm Beach Gardens office staff is terrible. They are extremely rude and ugly in the way they treat the tenants. If, you looking for a place to rent, they can be okay. Once, you move in, your treated like your bothering them and to go away. I get the COVID times, it is not nice to slam the door in your face and lock it when simply asking for an AC filter. The office is never open and always locked, even when they are there. God forbid you have to disturb them to get out their desk, if they do at all. The treatment of their tenants is horrendous.
