Purchased Windows Office 2021. Received a corrupted link and a fraudulent key code from a scam seller in Turkey. Refuses to refund money.

I've bought some things that have been fine but the last time, I got the wrong item and I couldn't get my money back from them. Reached out many times and terrible service. Don't use this site

Selling fake codes. Tried getting a refund on a never used code and they won't do it. Reading on other reviews that they are fake. Shame on me for falling for it.

So … this time last year I had a bad experience and lost a Steam gift card to the absolute criminals!

This year stupid me went back for another and I went to redeem the code and lo and behold it's been redeemed already.

This is the catch as the seller knows fine well Steam won't give me details of the card or anything else only the seller can get this info! They know this and I'm not the only one who this specific seller does it to as the exact same issue with another customer that same day for the same product at the same price!

The second time this has happened do yourself a favour and avoid them specifically seller Ultimate_choices

Serial key didn't work. Unsuccessfully attempted to contact seller for a refund.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 did not install due to a unrecognized serial key.
Contacting the seller through their website did not work after several attempts. Buggy website makes this a frustrating experience

It's a total fraud. I purchased a Kaspersky license from them which turned out to be fake. G2A refused help of any sort, I followed it up with the seller, and they gave me another license in exchange for me updating their bad review (which I was naive enough to do), the second license went invalid in a day and turned out to be fake, no respond from the seller afterward.

Back to the G2A, they asked to wait for a week and if no refund took place, come back to us, which I did. Their response then was to go to the police, file a report, send us a copy of that with your full personal information and they will submit it to authorities. Long story short, if you buy something from someone random in the street you will get better support and a higher chance of a good purchase.

Kept best for the last, they will charge you a mandatory fee apart from the license you buy for their service! I strongly suggest avoiding them, as you just will lose your hard-earned money.

Bought random steam game that said each game have 29.99€ value
They actually sold trash game without developer/publisher on steam with that price just to fulfil the criteria
They even put fake reviewer that all recommended it and make similar review to make the games looks legit

Third party seller i bought from was a complete scammer. Sold me keys that were immediately activated by ANOTHER steam account. After confirming with Steam Support, I provided copies of correspondence confirming keys were activated by a DIFFERENT account to G2A and the seller.

After 2 weeks or pulling my chain they just denied my return claim. I'll NEVER use G2A again. Scammers & Losers.

G2A sold me a fake code.

I would provide zero stars if it were an option. I purchased two 6 month xbox ultimate keys. When I redeemed the keys, one worked and one said it was already redeemed. I reached out to the seller, they said I had to contact Microsoft. I chatted with Microsoft 5 times per sellers instructions. Found out second code that was already redeemed on someone else's account was only a 2 month promo code, NOT a 6 month key. Seller called me a scammer and refused to do anything. I reached out to G2A and filed a claim, G2A keeps saying to work with seller even though seller says contact G2A.Seller is a scammer and G2A does nothing to help.

Worst company ever.

If you catact them torugh costumer support they either ignore you or block your whole account. So you lose acces to your account. So if you didnt redeem your code yet you are doomed. They simple wont give a reason why you are blocked or wont even respond on your mails for more clarely. They are simply a company that scams people leggaly and shouldnt even exist. Btw most of their sellers on there website are shell company owned by them self. Simply put, they are scammers. Most keys will work but if it doesnt work you are doomed.

Card has money but not properly activated. After trying to work with seller who takes days to answer between comments. I contacted G2A and they tell me only seller can fix it. Seller refuses. Stay away from this corrupt company.

Order number **************. After 1 week i dont know if and when i will rrceive my refund, i bought a key from this scammer: Gramgift, Do not buy from this seller. He gave me an already redeemed key, and he doesnt want give me refund, i have proof of a official email from microsoft. G2a support, doesnt answer, and before someone reply to this review, dont write thingd like we will respond on you paypal dispute, because its not true, after 1 week, no one reply on paypal dispute, and the seller and g2a doesn answer. I am finishing here, i will post this reviee everwhere, becauss this is a fraud, and you dont wanna give me money.

I made three purchases on G2A.
The first one went great. I immediately got my game key for steam.
The other two not so much.
One was labeled as the game but it was just a dlc.
The other was a scam. Instead of the game key I got a link to a login. It really seems shady.
They claim I can play the game through this link but a: I'm pretty sure the link doesn't work anyway and b: I paid for a game not a link
I contacted G2A and they didn't care.

Sketchy website, and poor customer support. This is in no way a website like CDKeys or instant gaming.
I purchased Phasmophobia thinking it was a digital key and it turned out to be a Steam account. When contacted the seller he refused to give a refund (I didn't even use the account), when raised a ticked with G2A customer "Support", they refused to help as well.
I had to use the account but when Steam found out that the account was created by a different person (teh dodgy seller), they deleted the account and the game as well (thank god I didn't buy more games on that account) and they asked me to get a refund from the seller, who of course didn't refund, neither did the useless customer support.
Steam Customer Support advised that buying second hand accounts is against Steam agreement and if Steam finds out, they will delete the account and neither the seller nor the useless G2A customer services will help you. I can't believe G2A allow illegal practices on the website and when you flag that up to them, they just ignore you.

G2A does not actually sell any products, they only aggregate products from sellers. They do not actually curate what these sellers claim nor provide support of any sort should you happen to be scammed by them. Purchased a steam digital key for Final Fantasy 7 remake Intergrade, claims to be redeemable globally. I had double checked if it was redeemable in Singapore and took a screenshot in the event company claims they did not state so. Indeed, after the purchase, realised the digital key was region locked to US. After sending the screenshots and asking for a refund, the company who sold the key resorted to ignoring me for 7 days and when i raised a claim to G2A asking for help, they told me to lodge a police report if i dared to demand a refund. It was neither helpful nor resolved my issue. I created a separate US region steam account to redeem the product, which was what i did not want to do as it meant i had to maintain another acct. If i had wanted to do that, i would have bought a Steam acct online with the game and that would have been much cheaper. Avoid this company.

Never buy anything from them google should delete their platform buy reviewing the page they are selling fake codes and making money this website should be discontinued I have personally experienced it so I thought let's put the review on their page but as soon as I check the reviews I am shock they are totally fake.

I've been using G2A for quite some time now and I haven't had a problem with game keys or getting the wrong product. The problem I have is after you put in your CC information or PayPal, you'll start to notice unauthorized charges after a certain amount of time through PayPal or your credit card. I noticed this when I first starting using the website but I was ignorant and didn't think it was g2a. The first time it happened it seemed they were bold, trying to charge $200-$400 for some random nonsense. Now they're trying to charge me monthly subscriptions for "Canva" something I don't even use and I'm assuming it's to sell on g2a. STAY AWAY, even if they don't charge you right away, they will eventually.
