Fyntura offers a user-friendly platform and competitive spreads. But i think their customer support is either hit or miss. Sometimes it takes longer that expected to get a response. But the staff is always polite and knowledgeable to resolve my issues effectively. I think Fyntura has room for improvement in terms of customer service but other than that it's a good platform.
Fyntura is a simple and easy to use platform. As a new trader myself, I didn't find any difficulty navigating its platform or opening the account. The customer help is also prompt and helpful. I withdrew my money twice and there was no trouble doing so. Got my money back on the same day.
