My card was charged but they deleted my account inmediately after. I wasnt able to access and i cant do password recovery either. Contacted their support but went blank. Have to cancel my card to prevent further charged. Utterly disappointed. Go for more trusted vps server if you are serious for trading!

Started with a trial period and I have decided to become client. The experience it is being great so far. I had some connection problems and the costumer services guys helped me very fast. 100% recommendable.

Very good VPS. I have tested them compared to my normal provider and they have performed just as well. Set up too longer than I would have liked but overall I am impressed. Worth trying if you are looking for new VPS.

Don't be enticed by their relatively "lower" prices - Their VPS is often down and require a reboot every other day from their backoffice. The challenge is their backoffice only report at work from 06:00 UCT. Early this year my VPS account which I use for automatic trading was wrongfully suspended AGAIN even though I have sent them proof of payment. This cost me lot of money. Eventually they reactivated my account without any apology and acknowledgment on their part. I stopped trading for a while, but I kept my account active with them. For the past few weeks my VPS have been off every second day and I had to contact their Support staff to reboot the system to get it online. Previously they never had issues assisting me on "live chat", which is why I tolerated their ridiculous DOWNTIME and had adjusted my trade strategy. However, this morning their Support staff by the name of Julie refused to assist me and suggested that I submit a ticket to their backoffice which she said will be there after an hour. After that all my messages were ignored. FxVPSPro doesn't hesitate to close your account when they suspect that your account is not paid by can't keep their end of the bargain to keep you online, or at least reconnect you timeously when you inform them that your VPS is down. Their Support Staff seems to be aware of their deteriorated service because they no longer request to be rated after they assist you like they did in the past. I have added screenshot of my correspondence regarding both suspensions.

Just joined yesterday. Within minutes, I had the virtual machine ready. I logged in, installed windows updates, that could have been done before to enhance the experience but it was quite easy. I have installed 2 MT4s, that took me a little bit but mostly because I was having internet issues on my side. I have followed the file provided to have the terminals autostart. So far, it is working perfectly and have not had any issues or concerns. Very nice!

THEY ACCESS AND BLEW UP MY ACCOUNT

Dear fellow traders. If you want your account safe. Please leave this site. They blew up my account.

I am posting this for awareness. This site is in the alert level. I leave a negative review before as because of poor management. After that review they approach me badly. Instead of apologizing for their bad service and explain why their service took up to 15hours they teach me what to do. And ask why I leave negative feed back. Well that's my right as a client. But it does not mean I will not edit my statement. If you don't want to receive a negative review make your job well.
And long conversation happen and suddenly they disconnect my account leaving 0 ZERO balance. They access my vps account without my permission which is illegal.

They open a trade with a huge lot sizes manually. Check the photo attached. Check the difference of my EA robot trades and the manual. In comment section you can see my ea robot name. And the blank comment is the manual they work.

Please help me to spread this as an awareness. You can grab my photos and post it in social media especially in some group of traders. I have also a YT channel and FB groups and pages. Some people say that the operator of this site is in Kota kinabalu. If you have information please email me and I will report this to the authorities. Thank you!
