These guys are playing a dishonest game and selling users personal data. As a result, I lost access to my server! In my account, strange transactions were opened and a virus was installed
When asked about the refund, they answered me negatively - your problems. You installed the virus yourself

They took my money out even after cancelling the subscription and they refuse to give money out. Very poor communication. AVOID --- AVOID

Here is why you should not choose Fxsvps:
- Very slow vps service
- Charged me double 2 times
- Don't want to refund at creditcard in double charge cases terminated my vps 2 times because of overload
- Charged my account 2 weeks before the period starts
- Don't want to cancel vps service at next due date but want payment for an extra month which is against their cancelling policy.
- Don't want to refund payment for an extra month
- Don't expect any form of refunds especially not to your creditcard.
- Support some times dont answer

This is the worst VPS service I have used. I have at the moment 2 VPS services and they are both incredibly slow. I have now cancelled both VPS services and got a new VPS service at Contabo which is cheaper and really fast.

Fxsvps would not let me cancel my VPS to the next due data (as their policy says) but they have charge me for an extra month, that I can't get refunded.

I have had lots of problem with the VPS. I use it for Forex account, and I have both a Cheap Forex VPS and a Best Forex VPS but they can both only handle 1 or 2 accounts. Fxvps have terminated me 2 times because the CPU was overloaded.

I purchased a vps from here a little while back. I soon realized the vps package I purchased wasn't the package I paid for it was a cheaper package on the site. I contacted support was super respectful simply asked for a refund or some money back they said no even though it was they're error. The rep disrespected me called me a bad human was swearing at me and told me not to ever come back (like I would)

I have serious issue with FXVPS.pro in 29/06/2019. Initially my VPS went down at weekend for more than 24 hours and I could not log in to manage my EAs. I discovered by luck that my server went down, they did not alert me about this. I opened a ticket and they said that are updating network and in next hours the vps will be active again. The time passed and the markets opened. I stayed 11 hours after opening markets and no EA managing my account from VPS. After 11 hours they request my password to fix the VPS. At this time, I got out from it and contracted another VPS provider. In the page "terms and conditions", they state "99.99% Availability Guarantee". It´s a lie. They don´t guarantee nothing and did not refund the paid value me when broken their Guarantee. So, I was impaired and alert everyone to stay away from them.
