Absolutely horrible. They can legally steal your money and there is not one thing you can do about it. The customer service reps cannot answer simple questions or maybe they aren't allowed to, i don't know but do not waste your money and time with them. They do not even care about you they are just stealing your money, they need to be seriously investigated, if normal people were behaving this way they put them in prison for fraud. Fraudulent brokers stole 2 x lots of $1000 deposits from me each time saying they were refundable amounts needed in order to set up withdrawal of my other investments. They have $4000 of my money. After going through the customer relations department I was only given $200 Of my stolen money back after a long process. They are now ignoring me, I was asked by a broker (Ben Davis)if a time was suitable for a call (6am) I said yes. I have been emailing him with no call and no email response for 3 weeks.

We did get a phone call after I wrote my first review from a Jayden who stated they would investigate our situation and were on our side. On our side? Far from the truth he told us we would only be getting our capital back but this would take time.
