A few years ago, I was stalked & harrased by someone I worked with. My client sent a topless picture of herself to Funky Pigeon to have it made into a keyring. I was disgusted to receive such a grotesque item. When I read Funky Pigeons t's & C's I was surprised to read that they do not send pictures of nudes or anything of the sort. When I contacted Funky Pigeon to inform them that they had played a part in a criminal investigation, I was shocked to hear that their keyrings are put together by hand and not a machine. I am sure that the person/s who put the keyring together had a good old joke about the picture, however, they played a significant role in my distress and colluded with a convicted stalker. I will never use Funky Pigeon again and share with all who send items online of what Funk Pigeon did.
Really, paid for this and nothing! They opened card and glitter stuck there. They hype it up on their website but it's crap! Nothing happened! Waste of good money! No surprise!
Ordered my best friends 65th Birthday card on 5th October, it was going to Spain, so I paid all the extras etc. Had email telling me my order would arrived 10th or 11th October, that was great as her birthday is 27th October, so I put a note on front, do not open until 27th October! 19th October still no card, contacted them that night, very poor response 2 working days later. 24th October still no card, wrote another email. 25th October a different person responded asking me if the case was now resolved. I replied asking if it was some kind of joke. Then had another email this morning by the original customer service guy asking me if they should send a replacement. I emailed replies to both emails, asking for an agent to respond to me by telephone... still waiting... still no card and her birthday is tomorrow. How extremely upsetting. They had three weeks and 1 day to do this. Absolutely appalling.
I ordered a canvas print using one of my photos as the subject. It looked really great on the preview, it was very clear and bright. When I received it however it didn't look like the same print. It was much darker than the preview and the subject very indistinct. I have messaged them twice to try to sort something out but have heard nothing. Will not use this site again.
They fail to deliver, have no morels when it comes to customer care, no contact tel number, take your money and then don't reply to email after email after email. Shocking!
3 days to respond telling me how busy they are.

9 days, still no response regarding a simple delivery req.

Card was good and fairly priced, but tricked into a membership I don't want that they are refusing to refund.
Somehow I have ended up with £15 being taken out of my account every month. I could not trace this payment sohad to get my bank to. It was traced to Funky Pigeon and apparently is a subscription but no idea what for, not had any benefit for this. Contacted Funky Pigeon where Gemna from the Customer Happiness Cepartment said was a company acting onbeha. F of them and to contact them am ihappy Not the emai. Address I was given was Customer service at Funky pigeon so how is this a different company! What a rip off taking, oney frommy account every mo th for something I didn't know existed. Avoid at all costs not trustworthy company at all. Don't even deserve 1 star.
The website is a bit scatchy as it let's you to design a product and when you want to pay for it it forces you to sign up, in that process you loose the whole work you've done on your desing. Very annoying and I would go with another service if I could find the specific design I was after elswhere.
They have a decent graphic editor for cards and probably other items too (one star for that), but what's the point of wasted time on designing your customised product if it doesn't arrive in time or at all.
They brag about fast dispatch, opposite is the truth. I still waiting for tracking details 4 days later!

Paid for and ordered via next day delivery. Item finally arrived 3 days later. Contacted funky pilgrim and the response was "oh we use Hermes which don't do next day delivery even though we sold it to your and charged you for it so it's fine". Shocking response tbh.

I purchased two that I never received.
They were to resend them. I received one and not the other.
Each time I complained they said the wrong address was the reason.
HOW COULD I RECEIVE ONE AND NOT THE OTHER IF THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG!

I ordered a Valentine's card on Wednesday 10th thinking that would be plenty of time to arrive for Valentine's day. Well it didn't arrive Thursday, nor Friday, i thought its bound to be here Saturday, No chance. I explained to my nearest and dearest that i had not forgotten but that maybe Funky Pigeon had.
Well Monday has arrived and todays post and still no card. Abysmal service!
Bought flowers for Valentines, paid for premium delivery for Valentine's Day and come the day after, all look wiltered, snapped and half dead, I would advise to spend local for much better quality, value for money and a happy wife!
Ordered and paid for a valentine's day card on the 10th of February, was stated it would be with me by the 12th of February.
14th of February comes and goes, still no sign of it.
I message their so called support department, and get a message back 2 days later stating that my card has not only not been sent out, but they haven't even bothered to make the card yet!
Instead of being offered a full refund for their terrible service by way of apology for them not being able to run their business properly, I have been told I can wait even longer to get the valentine's card sent out and accept that it is literally going to be many days after valentine's day is over, or accept a refund and get no card whatsoever.
Funky Pigeon MUST have known that they would not be able to fulfil their valentine's day orders in time well before the 12th of February, since I have read reviews on. Here. From. People. Who ordered cards as early as the 5th of February and still haven't received their cards! Yet, they decided to mislead people and continue accepting orders with fake timelines for delivery, all in the name of greed.
Placed order and paid then received an email telling me items are still in basket even though the money had come out of my bank account. The worrying thing is after providing my bank details, order reference number And numerous information Funky pigeon couldn't find anything. I find it alarming that my payment wasn't secured so please be careful. I have had to repeat the same information over and over again and now they've emailed asking for a telephone number to get my bank details over the phone which is not wise so I've now said they can keep my money as they've proved to difficult to deal with.
Ordered a card to go to Europe in plenty of time and it never got there till 24 days later obviously missed my grandsons birthday I was absolutely gutted how do you explain that to a 5 year old
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
All they done is said sorry and blamed it on airmail which is a load of crap because I send parcels on a regular basis never get delayed

Don't use this site. I sent for a card 8 days ago still not arrived.so our great GRANDAUGHTER 1year old didn't get a card. They say 1st class post this is not so.
I live in Lanzarote, so I rely on Funky Pigeon for all my cards to be sent to the UK. They always arrive on time and are good quality.
Ordered from the company they did not deliver when I contacted them after a week of stressing and being patient they dispatched my order again and yet again it didn't get delivered. I would not recommend this company always losing your items and wasting your time. Opt for another company it's not worth the stress. Terrible services would never recommend to anyone.
All items not received, emailed in twice to resolve with no reply after three days of waiting.
Damaged goods from part of the order we received also.
First time using their service and it will 100% be the last, ripped off and ignored. Avoid.
