“The customer service is terrible”

The customer service of this company is terrible. They are hard to reach and don't do a good job of addressing customer concerns. No one should trust them, ever!

“Short and rude”

I made a mistake on ordering the wrong software on their site (my error) but how they deal with it was short and rude and entirely lacking any kind of compassion. I also found the customer services terrible.
