I have worked with this business. Yes, I paid 10% of the money I lost up front, and yes, they put me in touch with people who helped me get back 50% of the money I was scammed out of. The scammer transferred 50% of the money to a trading account and sent the rest to another crypto wallet from where he most probably withdrew it using a bit coin card. They were able to recover the 50% of the trading account.
