The hair is gorgeous. My only reason for the low review is that after spending $70 on this unit, they shoved it in a mailer like it was a t-shirt, and therefore my mail person treated ut as such. When I finally got the package, it was balled up and bent. For $70, I expected more care to my order. Also the lace is so hard it feels like plastic. Won't be ordering again.

I've bought several wigs from this site probably about 20 over the last 10 years. The wigs used to last a while as long as you didn't wear them for long periods of time. I recently bought one that I used to always get and it wasn't the same when I received it. They offered me a $12 credit towards a future purchase but I never reordered. They said since Covid they are using different vendors but are still using the same pictures from years prior. Their site has wigs listed as "new" but those same wigs were there 10 years ago. Customer service takes a while to get a response. The wigs are light weight, cute but tangle easily.
Tip for consumers:
Sometimes it ships right away sometimes it doesn’t. Depends on the day.

It'll last a month & sometimes a bit longer. Takes at least 3-4 days if you order before a certain time. I was finger detangling gls41 and the lace came off of one side.
