I should have dug deeper into the company before I ordered anything. After being bombarded by Meta ads I bought an earring. I reached out to their customer service 12 hours after placing the order to ask if I could cancel. As others have mentioned on here I got the "we have already bought supplies and started production." I call BS and what happened over the next 6 weeks confirmed that it was indeed BS. 4 weeks after they refused to cancel the order, I still had not received anything. I sent an email to follow up. No response. I followed up a in a few more days. No answer. I waited a week and tried again. No response. I figured I had been ripped off. I am sad it had not occurred to me to reverse my credit card charges. Anyway, out of the blue I got a shipping notification. Cool. I received my piece today. I ordered the ladybug piece. I knew it was "dainty", but my goodness. This thing is TINY. I did look at it under a jeweler's loop and it is stamped "14k", so that's why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. The inflexibility, the wait and the teeny tiny size of the product make this place a NO from me.

The reason they have 5 star rating is because they do not post bad ratings. I was very disappointed with my purchase. It was much smaller then pictured and took over 2 months to arrive. I tried to call several times so I could talk to a live person so if I ordered a replacement it was not the wrong size and I could not get anybody. They never answered phones. I wrote a review and they removed it… only 5 stars are allowed…

I ordered a $160 labret ring. Never shipped. Reached out to company almost a month later saying where is my jewelry and at this point I don't even want it if it hasn't shipped yet, I'll just go out and buy another one, so just give me a refund. Another week goes by going back and forth with someone through email who was trying to locate my tracking information which I asked several times to just cancel the order and I was never given a real response. Finally I called the company, left a message, later that day it magically shipped! And guess what, no returns once the item has shipped. Bullish! T

Fresh trends jewelry is an absolute fraud. BEWARE. They advertise expensive jewelry on their website but when you purchase it, they send you a knock off piece of jewelry. Then when you call to report the discrepancy, they refuse to refund your money stating the jewelry is custom made and they will correct the issue. I paid $180 for a nose ring that I never received. I have included with this review 5 pics of the jewelry I was sent as opposed to the 1 pic of the nose ring I should have received. Please don't let this happen to you.

The design change to prevent snagging on the end of the diamonds is the only thing we have discovered that could be corrected. The snap-back closure is snagged and torn off. Possibly an arc-shaped diamond mount as opposed to a point. Additionally, expanding the selection to include a larger gauge and larger diameter would be nice.

Waste of time & money. It takes around 4-5 weeks for an order to ship, and 85% of the time the product has some of sort of quality issue. The desired length of the post is usually wrong, and also the threading of the post and the gem is usually broken. Or you order two items and they only ship one. Joke. Good luck sending items back and have them repaired… they will take 8-10 weeks and they will mess it up again just like they did the first time around. Never ending cycle of being disappointed of how moronic this company is…

I searched all over for a captive ring with a square bezel. There are a lot of jewelry websites, like 30 pages on Etsy. I was only able to find this one. If you ask me, it's quite pricey, but I must admit that the quality is superior to that of cheaper alternatives. If you have the money to spend a little more, I strongly advise doing so because you do get what you pay for. This is not fast fashion or something you would discard after a few years of use.

They advertised a belly piercing for $600 but sent me an eyebrow piercing instead. They refused to refund my unopened/unused purchase and instead tried to get me to pay an additional $1,000 for an actual belly piercing. Diamonds have yet to be confirmed as real. See pics for what was advertised versus what was sent.
Any place that does not provide a refund IS A RIP OFF!

What wonderful jewelry. I've ordered from FreshTrends three times now. I recently purchased three initial cartilage earrings, and they are all gorgeous. Other metals in my ears have caused me problems, but this 14K gold makes my ears feel great! Beautifully crafted and exactly what I wanted.

I've been a Freshtrends customer for a long time. And it never ceases to amaze me with the products they offer, the prices, and how simple it is to use. I do request that favorites be restored. Sometimes there are products that I want but am unable to order and would like to return to ensure that I order it the next time by adding it to favorites, which makes checkout much faster. Or at the very least, save for later.

I'd ordered 2 of their 1.5mm diamond bezel nose rings. One in blue and one in yellow diamond. It took me almost a month to receive them which was understandable since they are made to order. My excitement died when I got them because 1. The twist on the bottom of the metal were too narrow that it made it impossible for me to put on (took me an hour of trying). 2. My husband noticed that the workmanship on both were very poor. ( I've attached photos, see for yourself). They're not round, they're not the same size. It's horrible compared to what they show on the website. I had to pay to return them, get charged 15% and now I'm stuck with a gift card to spend on their website.

I've ordered from FreshTrends before and never really had an issue. They're slow at production and have pushed my order's shipment back one other time. However, I spent a decent amount for several items and they have sent me the same email twice stating that my items aren't up to standards and will take another 10-12 days. I'm starting to feel like I'm getting scammed.

The first purchase I ordered a diamond stud that was supposed to be larger than one I had. It was smaller, when I addressed it to customer service they became very defensive so I let it go. I recently ordered a North Star diamond design with many small diamonds because it looked so pretty. Finally I received it. When my piercer started to put it on me she pointed out that a diamond was missing. I got a magnifying glass and she was right. They make you wait so horribly long to receive it that even though they are expensive it's not worth sending back and waiting forever for it back. I just wear it with a missing stone. But I will never trust Fresh Trends again. I will never buy from them again.

I recently purchased a nose ring from Freshtrends and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The nose ring is made from high-quality 14K gold, it's very well crafted and it has a great shine. The build quality of the nose ring is impressive, it is sturdy and has a secure fit, I haven't had any issues with it falling out or getting loose. I was concerned when I ordered this nose ring. I had tried to wear a thin hoop, and it had resulted in the dreaded bumps. I couldn't get rid of them until I switched back to a stud. This nose ring is both comfortable and lovely. No dreaded bumps! When the piercer saw my jewelry, she raved about its beauty and quality. I love it. It fits perfect. I will order again.

Seriously can not say enough great things about my experience with Fresh Trends. I ordered quite a few pieces of solid 14k gold for my ears. They are custom, made to order earrings, but they were shipped to my home so fast! They are amazing quality and such a great deal for the price. I had a few questions before ordering and the customer service team answered efficiently and effectively. I had to change my address after my order was placed and they did that for me so fast without any issues. You will not be disappointed! I continue to get so many compliments on my earring stack.

I am beyond impressed with the perfect fit of this 6mm nose piercing! My initial piercing from my piercer was an 8mm, but it felt just a bit too big. So, I took the leap and decided to switch it up on my own. I am so glad I did! The 6mm size fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Although I couldn't give it a full 5-star rating, I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its comfortable and snug fit. I am absolutely in love with it!

I received my nose ring and it was perfect. It's not too big neither too small just nice fir my nose. I love how I can wear it everyday, even at work and not be conscious about it. Love it!
