I got my first order a week late with no explanation or apology. By the time it was delivered almost all of the 15 meals I ordered were set to expire in 4 days. Contacted customer service a couple of times to see what happened. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received a reply. Cancelled my subscription and asked for my money back but judging by their customer service I don't expect one. Advice to others, go with another food delivery service. This one doesn't have it together. Order number *******864

I wanted to love it but I must say this is the worst food I have ever TRIED to eat. It was so bad I had to throw 2 out of 3 meals in the trash after 2 bites. I can't understand how anyone can rate these meals a 5. Either they have never had good food or have no taste buds. This food is just awful,

I am a nurse practitioner in Cardiology and loved the positive revies, organic food and the STATED locally sourced and highest quality meats and fish. I am doing research for a scholarly paper on top rated meal delivery services. This company's meal delivery service failed terribly in almost every way.

The first box that arrived (on day of arrival) was not even cool and had to throw away all of the meals. The 2nd obx arrived fairly cold. I tried 3 of the meals and there were many disappointments: a "chicken breast" was not a chicken breast but greasy and tough dark meat chicken with a horrible sauce. The rest of the meals were similiar: very poor quality meat/fish, extremely limp and soggy vegetables and sauces that were not at all palatible (tasted awful). One on the main things I disliked was the packaging as I had to wrestle to get the plastic off the meal and was messy.

I called customer service with the above concerns requestig some sort of compensation. Now the true test of this company: I was on hold for over 14 minutes and when I explained above with a agent, the MOST they would offer was a refund of $15.00 when I paid $160.00 for the 2 weeks.

Very very disappointed with this company and meal delivery service.

Absolutely love their service and delivery process. I always receive my food right on time so I ca enjoy them soon. In terms of the taste of the food, I would also give it 10/10 because it is really delicious. You can taste the freshness of the veggies and the juicy meat too. Highly recommended to everyone!

I've tried two different meal plans by these guys are both satisfied me very much. I had the keto plan and paleo plan which was not that expensive as well. The meat, my gosh the meat! It is super super yum and juicy and succulent! I make sure to have a well-balanced meal with the carbs, proteins and fats in the appropriate servings. Love them

I am loving the keto meal plan by these guys! I regularly order the keto plan because it is a well-balanced meal made from wholefoods. And the other best thing about the plan is how delicious the meals are. I ordered a salmon once and that was the best meal I ever had in my life! Yummy food, clean fats, wholefoods! Best ever
