I reached out when my package didn't arrive as scheduled, and the proprietor contacted me immediately - on a weekend - and did what he could to address the issue (which was entirely USPS' fault). I am extremely pleased with my initial experience with Free Radical Labs. I plan on using them again in the future. The products I ordered were delivered within a couple of days and I received an email from the owner thanking me for being a customer.
Good service. Company seems to care. I bought 2 onions and found out i needed a dock. So waiting on the dock. Not real happy with the onion so far. We'll see how it goes after I get the dock. But regardless, I will still order from Free Radicals.

After I placed my order Jason contacted me to resolve an issue with my billing info so that they could quickly process my order. The personal service was nice to see :) Everything was packaged well and arrived quickly
The vendor was great; the package arrived fast. My only issue is with Onion Omega; their Arduino Shield does not work. I had no trouble with the Onion Omega 2 +, it runs fine. Many other people have complained online about the Arduino Shield. I believe that the 'ignore external reset fuse' has been set, which has bricked the shield. I have ordered a ATmega329P to replace the one on the shield.
A week or so from this review, I ordered a slightly worn ("Scratch and Dent" as they called it) Molecularity Kit from Free Radical Labs. Not only was it less than half the usual MSRP, but since I was in the same state as them, it arrived just two days after my order.
Overall, I can't find anything wrong with them. I had no issues ordering and paying through their website, and it arrived at the right place and at the time they predicted,
While it's strange for them to offer slightly damaged kits, they were remarkably up-front about the issue, in a way that many other sellers usually aren't. Even better, as it turned out, the kits was hardly damaged at all, aside from a slight dent in the side. In sense, it turned out even better than described.
Had some issues connecting to my local Wi-Fi. On the first attempt it couldn't find any Wi-Fi networks. On the second attempt, it found my network but couldn't connect. On the third attempt the "Connecting..." message stayed there for several minutes and the board was unresponsive. However, after a reboot, it appears it had in fact connected to my network and I was able to register the board and update the software. Tried the webcam app and it appears to work fine...
Ordering product was very easy. Once purchased, I received confirmation and tracking number shortly after. Everything arrived a few days later. Totally happy with experience and will definitely order from them again.

Purchased SparkFun Inventor's Kit V3.2 for my teenage son to begin learning about electronic fundamentals. It's a great critical thinking product, which provides a variety of challenging exercises and contains illustrated instructions for troubleshooting. Highly recommend for all ages--I too have enjoyed!
