Visa payout wasnt refunded by tremendous. I thought when I clicked on visa payout, it will ask for my details but I never it would be a tremendous payout. I contact online cs in tremendous but they could not understand that I dont have a card yet and their email support is so delayed in replying.
I like that everything is all in one place and withdrawals are simple. The only thing I would improve is the fact that everything is all in one place. It would be nice if the app had categories for the different types of games and surveys.
It's a legit site, got a $20 VISA gift card, spent it all online! It may take a while to receive money but it's definitely worthwhile.
I earned over £300 and then my account got banned with them claiming I used a VPN on my mobile phone. I don't have a need for a VPN unless they assume you're using a VPN when you're travelling and your IP changes? I was unable to reach a human support and when I typed in a sentence to the bot support that something was wrong, it took that first sentence as an appeal. Thirty seconds later I received a system message that my appeal was declined. I played for hours and now I am not getting paid for my time but their clients have obviously paid them for my time.

I completed a task 2 days before it expired but didn't receive the reward. Was told to wait 3 days because sometimes it takes a while. Then it expired and I still didn't get the credit.
It's been great thus far. Earning almost $200 in 2 weeks for just playing games I would normally play, why not lol! I only had one issue with one of the games other than that, it's amazing.

I wasn't sure if it was real. Started playing a game just for fun and to kill time. But I've already cashed out $120 in Amazon gift cards in less than 3 weeks.
When reaching £20 I have been trying to cash out, but when I do I am told Amazon gift cards are out of stock? When speaking with support I am further told they as a company DO NOT KNOW when the gift cards will be restocked. This is concerning. I will update my review if paid out and able to cash out my gift cards. Free cash did however put a further £20 into my account for the difficulties faced, but this does not count if I am unable to cash out. 🤷

Cashing out for gift card was easy and received gift code immediately.
Everything has gone great through the initial transactions. Even the error tickets were resolved in an impressive amount of time.
It is difficult to understand the pending rewards. It needs to be simpler when pending then when rewarded. I still have pending claims and I'm unsure if I was credited. Once rewarded maybe it should be checked or highlighted so I can see I got the credit.
You get introduced to new games, rate then and get paid. What isn't there to love? For example, I never knew I loved bingo so much until it was an option to play.

The first couple levels were very easy and rewards were issued almost immediately. I then noticed as I was progressing in my game that the rewards were not being awarded. I had to open tickets which I found the process to be rather difficult and confusing in order to find out why and to have them reviewed. Most were approved but a couple were denied. There's a very generic explanation as to why with about five different reasons listed. My bigger concern and issue is with the multi-level in-game app purchases. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the Klondike app going through free cash and it keeps saying spend 38 more dollars and earn $20 in rewards. I don't see any way to put a ticket in to get this issue addressed or resolved. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. As I said, the rewards do not get paid out without difficulties and it is impossible to reach someone from customer support.
