I have had a support ticket for nearly a month and there is still no resolve, costing me opportunity to earn money.
Finally, a "earn free money for playing games and taking surveys" site that actually pays and pays pretty well. I signed about 30 days ago, and since then I have played two specific games, that I actually enjoy playing, and completed about 10 surveys. I just cashed out a $25 and a $5 Amazon gift card. The only down side is waiting for the earned funds to become eligible for payout—the way time was 7 calendar days. There's also a wait time for rewards to process, usually 5 calendar days. There is a fee to cash out to PayPal or a checking account and you must do an ID verification through a third party site in order to get paid out. For now, I'm going to keep playing my games and keep earning money. Big W!

When I complete something and half to put a ticket in not only do I have to wait the time it take for someone to see the ticket and accept it. Then I have to wait the full time it take for the reward to be released even though I completed it 7-10 days prior. I think once the tickets accepted it should go through immediately or be set at the days left had I received the offer when I completed it. Also I've had gift cards not work and now I have to wait weeks while they deal with their card sellers. That's absurd to me and I'm pretty sure they made that up
