The rewards tracking system does not work, despite my play doing none of the things that prevent it from working. No instructions are given for what screen shots are required, and your support staff start every conversation by saying there is nothing they can do if your report ticket is rejected. In my case, I was not awarded for reaching level 20 in a game, despite having been awarded for reaching level 30, and was told there was no appeal for this. Other tickets have been pending for days, with no action taken. I will be taking my earnings (or what earnings I am allowed to take, as you can only withdraw in $5 increments) and will be leaving the scam artists that run freecash.com to waste other people's time chasing rewards that they have no guarantee of earning. The company should be investigated for fraud.

Some of the games are fun. But it takes too long to reach some of the levels in some of the games and you're limited on how much time you have to reach them before the rewards expire. Some games have too many ads. I used the Amazon gift card payout option which was great and very easy! I did not like the other payout options.
Love this website a lot helped me get a little money while being a stay at home mom looking for work. Wish this was an app so it would be easier to access.
Freecash is a bit of a mixed bag, but definitely not a scam. Overall I would recommend using them, because they are real.
But I do have an issue or two: their tracking can be erratic; meaning they give you the credit for a special milestone, but not the regular progress and there is no discernable way for me to end an offer, so I have a lot of Zombies sitting in my account. Their process for claiming missing credits is convoluted, so I haven't even tried.
But in the days of get-rich-fast scams, they are a shining star. I got my Amazon voucher in seconds.
While I enjoy playing the games on Freecash app, I just find that the amount of time given to reach certain levels for cash is a little impossible. Unless someone has absolutely nothing to do throughout their day, some tasks can't be done in the time allowed.

Cool, it's pretty awesome that we can do this, never thought it would be possible
I wish there were more games with lower level reward requirements...you have to sit a grind games for hours, and then the time limit with certain rewards throws that off completely. But with that being said, I managed to cash out $75 in Amazon gift cards, so I can't complain very much.

If you don't spend money on games, they reduce the amount of money you can make across all games. Games then expire sometimes conveniently just before I reach a level where I would get a larger reward. You do make money, but it's slow. Surveys also need work. I try to launch 10 or more sometimes and get halfway though before survey says I'm not a candidate, or has a technical issue.

This is just an example of how a person can complete a survey and yet still not be paid.

Fun games and the cash out part was quick and easy! No hassle!
I liked that I could be paid to play a game that was fun and easy. I wasn't real keen on the big promise of high money and the strict time limits to achieve such. I don't "spend money" to play games and in order to meet their deadlines, I would have had to shell out $$$. Also, getting paid out the full amount would have been great instead of $5 increments - leaving some left behind. If you're going to paypal me. Just send the whole thing.
