It is a great application but I am very disapointed because people in America gets far better opertunities then the people in South Africa. It is very unfair to penalise people on their location.

I reached out on a crediting dispute recently because the game I was playing seemed to track everything but the monetary side of things. The company claims they have no evidence to support my purchases. Complete horse crap. They have in-game reward benefit that you gain after making purchases. I'm a gold member. I also paid $14.99 for their "bingo plus" featire to get more benefits, but they can't give you evidence? I sent multiple screenshots of my purchases into support along with my player ID which was verified by the email attached to my account. The game owes me over $200 & I didn't even get the courtesy of an email.on the denial.

The reward multiplier is ridiculous. No matter how long I play, the only way to keep a high reward is to purchase. Terrible for a site that claims "no purchase necessary ".

Asked the issue. Tried to resolve it and it didn't work but the customer care is so incredibly helpful and we worked together to locate the issue and fully resolved it without question. Hands down the best customer service of any app on any platform!
Only app I've found where you actually get decent rewards for your time, I've had it for less than a month and made almost 100. Def glad I found it!

I love playing games that I'd play anyway and make money doing so
So many fun games to play and accumulate funds. Easy withdrawal of funds.
A bit hard but its nice getting games on steam free
Only downside is some games stop tracking and don't payout but most games have no problems

I completed several tasks within specified timelines and site refused to award the reward associated with those tasks. I provided several screenshots showing completion within required time and payments were still rejected. Very disappointing after investing time and money to complete tasks and achieve rewards.

I have been playing and earning and cashing out,but since I cashed out over $100. I have noticed that some games right when I am about to gain a level that pays half decent it seems that the offers are changing with either the offer lowers if offer or even just outright remove it or say time is up, i had the experience I went to bed and I had 3 days to complete an offer, the next day it says time is up. I understand they have the right to change their offers, but doing it right before someone can claim it, it seems to me to be a criminal act as in the typical bait and switch.

After using Freecash for a number of weeks, I can say the experience has been good. My only issue with it is the fact that it doesn't track some games I downloaded for the first time through the app.
Freecash pays you money to play games etc. The cashout process is quick and easy. Unlike some aps that say they pay, Freecash really does. My only complaint is the time you have to complete some tasks, but I love this spp because as stated before IT REALLY DOES PAY!
