Had multiple problems with some offers, they were not credited, nobody helped or explained why. (I mean nobody said specifically what the problem with my case/offer was, not a long list of generic copy-paste potential causes) One was charged back. No explanation, no appeal, contacted support and they were useless. Literally a waste of time and most offers have a huge "waiting time" into pending. Just avoid if possible, I will not start any more offers.
I had always been sceptical about making money online, but with Free Cash it's a different ball game. I completed an offer, even spent money and you refuse to honor the offer with no explanation. Terrible customer service. Wiuld not. Recommend to anyone. Once my pending offers are complete, i plan to close my account.

You may have been disqualified from the survey. Even if you filled the survey out, the provider may still disqualify users while the survey is in progress. This is typically due to speeding, inconsistencies or they later realize you do not fit their demographic. It’s unfortunate, but it does happen. Please consider this when attempting to complete surveys.

If you put in the effort you will get rewarded but you have to actually to put in time.
I'm never picked for survey completion. It feels like you should at least get a penny for completing what feels like the survey only to waste your time and then see sorry you've been disqualified.
