I played and played and reached a level that paid and then I showed I didn't. All of a sudden it wasn't tracking my progress anymore. I took pictures and when I tried to follow where you could ask about it, nothing on the help page existed on the page it said it would be.
Simple. You get to make some quick cash while playing games on your phone. Games are easier to make money than surveys but a lot of it is instant. If it's not instant cash, it pends for up to 10 days. I have cashed out 3 times already and the cashout was almost instant. I love it
Initially I really liked the app. I was verified at signup and made numerous successful cash outs easily. However, I was owed $24 and requested a larger than usual cash out as game earnings I had to wait weeks for finally became available. The system then notified me I must verify my identity again and sent me to a link to upload my license and a selfie holding it again. I had no problems the first verification. However now the system keeps rejecting my license photos and has banned me without paying the money I earned. This is a blatant attempt to not pay me… my license is valid and photos clear. This is fraud and a breach of contract. I will be bad mouthing your app everywhere until you validate my account and pay me. Oh and they also reduced my earnings from $24 to $16 saying recent game changes made it easier to progress so they wouldn't pay what I agreed to. SCAM! I filed a BBB complaint and they didn't even bother to respond to it for a month now. My next step is speaking to a lawyer about a class action lawsuit for every consumer who has been duped by them and their glitchy verification process. I'll post details here regarding how to join once available. I will hold them accountable one way or another and a lawsuit will be far more costly for them than paying what they owe. I completed my tasks over a month ago and have made all reasonable attempts to get help from their employees who refuse to do anything. My identity verification documents submitted were clear and I even validated this with Persona directly. Persona even contacted them to validate my account and were ignored. This is seemingly intentional.

My experience with FREECASH was quite disappointing. The platform promised easy ways to earn money through various tasks and surveys, but the reality was far from it. After a rocky start trying to navigate the "I'm not a robot" verification, I have been able to cash in some of the money I've earned through this app. The 7-day waiting period is a bit much, as is the deluge of ads one is bombarded with in each game one takes on.
