I started playing for extra cash. Nowhere before downloading does it say Freecash is not responsible for pending payouts. I was told the game you play will hold up to 14-30 days for payout. That's not extra cash, that's a scam. Freecash should definitely go back to the drawing board and not mislead ppl with false reviews.

It's sometimes quite tricky to get access to what rewards you're going to get and when especially if you have quite a few games ongoing. The interface is not intuitive and the delays are quite variable and sometimes quite long before payout is available. If you spend some time exploring and considering exactly what offers to go for the it can be one of the more rewarding pay to play apps
I signed up for freecash 6 days ago and have been playing the dice game multiple times every day and earned $81. Out of nowhere this morning I get a notification that says my ban appeal has been rejected. I was never even notified that my account was banned. I can't even click on support in my account to contact their customer service. This feels like a scam and I regret wasting my time on this.

All I did was sign up and completed the tasks in the dice game app within the agreed time frame to earn the rewards. I played for several hours a day for 6 days in a row. After looking them up on reddit forums, I've seen many other people have had the same thing happen to them, usually if they've made more than $20 something gets flagged, banned, or they never receive their money. I remember thinking it was too good to be true to be earning money this quickly and I was right.

No problem with this app until I racked up $100 in a month and wanted to cash out. Then they gave me half and said the other half was denied to me "due to the quality of my work," which was playing games for measured, quantifiable hours until I reached their required levels and making in-app purchases for match bonuses. There's no "quality" of work, only quantity. I spent my time and money. It's like they came to my house and ate my food then said the food was no good and they aren't gonna pay me for my money and time making it even after they ate it all.
Trustpilot has verified this report with proofs. And to boot, Freecash STILL has not responded to my help ticket and customer service requests since this happened on 7/24/24 BUT they replied immediately to my Trustpilot review calling me a liar basically.

I have completed steps to earn $50 on the Dice game however, I did not receive the money. I did reach out to the support with providing screen shot the level I was on within the time frame, Support denied the support request. I am a new user on this Free Cash app and from this experience I have cashed my earnings out and will delete my account. Free Cash did not honor what I completed as required for the earnings.

I really thought thus was one that you have to play and only get one cent per dollar and it's not. I was able to cash out to an Amazon gift card for the requested amount. I would like to see higher amounts for cash out right now you can only to 50 at a time.

Was supposed to get $40 for reaching a level by a particular day. I didn't. So I filled a claim, showing screenshot proofs that I did. It took 11 days for support to even review it, and they denied it.
