The company's app has garnered a generally positive reputation, with users appreciating its user-friendly interface and diverse earning opportunities through games and surveys. Many customers report satisfactory cash-out experiences and prompt customer service support. However, concerns persist regarding the slow accumulation of earnings and frequent disqualifications from surveys, leading to frustrations over wasted time. While users recognize the app as a reliable source for supplemental income, they suggest improvements in the survey process and cash-out options to enhance overall satisfaction. Overall, the sentiment reflects a balance of enjoyment and areas for enhancement.

I'm surprised it worked! I actually my gift card! Just in time for my birthday!
Easily could withdraw earnings instantly. Not only do I get to play games for real rewards I could withdraw my money instantly once it's finished pending.
I am enjoying playing games and at the same time earning toward Amazon giftcards- already $45! Thanks Freecash!
This site is legit! You can cash out 7 days after the completed task. Abs they have good games, not boring ones!
I am earning money while I get to play some of my favorite games, I have won almost 100 dollars already and I havent played that long
Definitely fun to play games and win money but they hold the money a long time. Also they don't let you know how close you are to the next level. I got to the level on the day I was supposed to but they said I was two hours late. Would have been nice to know the time frame beforehand.
So I was able to cash out, but the last time I tried to cash out $50 through PayPal, it said all paypal cards were unavailable and to try back in 3 business days. So I waited and it told me it's still out and to wait 2 more business days. I tried cashing out through the bank and it gave me a sorry it's not working right now message. It finally let me get an Amazon $50 card but I really didn't want that. I wanted to use the money to buy stuff to keep my game going. I had no problem getting smaller amounts though. I cashed out $190 so far but I had to get them in small amounts of $30.
Update 7/31/2024: so Freecash reached out to me to apologize and explain why I was unable to cash out. I appreciate the gesture because most online game companies never do when you complain. I will continue to use this service.
I was working on the dice dreams rewards and it didn't give me the $70 reward for hitting level 81(I believe) but gave me the other reward for hitting level 91. There's no imposed time limit on it and I reached out to support weeks ago and sent screenshots as proof and haven't received any response. I'm not going to continue using it. I'm waiting on my final reward to clear, then I'm checking out. Also, rewards take a week to be able to withdrawal your reward if it tracks immediately. It can take a week for it to track and a week after that for it to clear for withdrawal.

I ended up getting a $10 Amazon gift card that I did not want instead of the $10 PayPal payout that I actually needed to pay bills. The PayPal and ACH options were out of stock and I had to wait a day from when the funds were available to even get the Amazon card. I still do not understand the system limitation but I didn't get what I wanted after grinding for hours to generate a reward

I played a few different games for only a couple of days and was able to cash out a 50$ visa that I used and it worked! I already have 70$ waiting for me to cash out and another 90$ that I'm super super close to!
A lot of surveys that pay, takes some time to learn how to do their surveys effectively though
It's a fun game filled with rewards and mini missions that makes it challenging.
I didn't want an Amazon card but PayPal has been out and everyday it reads a new delayed date so I cashed out here.
It has been amazing, & really helps out a lot with the little things in need.
