I followed all the rules for an offer, devoted an overly excessive amount of time playing a glitchy game, all to NOT receive offered rewards. Then as I contacted "support" through their open ticket thing
I waited almost 2 weeks for a notice that my claim was denied, with no other explanation or ability to contact support. Very disappointed and feeling betrayed actually!
I've loved Freecash. I picked it because of the benefits with Stake.us
However, I've heard many complaints about customer service. I didn't receive earnings on two tasks but trying to tell customer service was too difficult. I play on my phone and I am not familiar with the file format for the required screen shot. Now I'm wary of tasks, wondering if I'll receive credit.
Work has been slow, and my dog food supply was dwindling. I came across Freecash, expecting it to be another slow-paying or scam site, but one day and ~20+ surveys later, I'd managed to earn up a $10 Amz gift card. Just enough to make up the difference I needed, and now my dog is fed, happy, and I am invigorated to clean up so many of those $5-15 purchases that pile up on all of us.
I've tried numerous apps to make some $$$, this app has it all and more in one place. Quick earnings, fast growth and immediate withdrawal! One stop shop for when you need some money.
I had problems and the assistance wasn't very fast but they did fix the issue and give me the money I was due. Writing reviews is an excellent way to get the help you need when nothing else seemed to work.
It worked great for a week. Was able to get $50.00. But then all 3 games stopped showing progress. I have chatted and sent in the problem but no response. Very disappointing. Does the offers only work if you spend money in the game?
The app is a great way to earn some extra cash and you get to play your favorite games

I started an offer on Freecash, the rewards were decent and I felt as though I could complete them in a timely manner. However, after around 5 days of starting the offer, the tasks for the same game had changed, giving different rewards for a range of different tasks. By this time, I had already made in-game purchases and put quite a few hours into progressing through the tasks. After noticing I had not received any rewards days after completing the tasks, I submitted a ticket where the original tasks were still available. I filled in these tickets with screenshot evidence, yet they were denied by support. Quite disappointed as it was the one game out of a few offers that I put most of my time into, and made in-game purchases for the purchase bonus offers. Despite this, other games I have completed have been completely compensated for, but I put nowhere near as much time nor money into them.

It is unlikely that the requirements for the task would have changed like this. What most likely happened is that a new version of the offer came out, however the old one can still be completed with the requirements that were there when you started it. They gave me an Amazon gift card that was already redeemed by somebody else! I got the following message:
"This gift card has already been applied to another customer account. The redeeming customer may be a member of your household or an acquaintance - therefore please ask all relevant persons at first. Afterwards please get in touch with whoever purchased the gift card as we are only allowed to share details with the purchaser due to data protection laws and policies. Please ensure the purchaser has the following information at hand when getting in touch with us: 1) Claim code (14-15-digit letters and numbers in this format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX) 2) Serial number (16-digit set of numbers) Did you purchase the gift card yourself? Then please contact our customer service."
This was a decent site (though not very high paying) for 2 years. I put a lot of work into getting a $5 gift certificate, and they gave me a phony one. It was nice knowing ya!

I did a task with for Hero Wars mobile thru Digital Turbine. I followed all the requirements and the offer was not paid. I was told Free cash could not validate. I sent screen shots of the completed tasks and to date I haven't seen a response

The games are easy, but long, I was really surprised, it was so simple
Great app and love that it is free. I wish though that your payouts on games would not take two weeks and some are a week. That's crazy. But other then that it's a awesome app I have made almost $200 in a month just taking surveys and playing games in my free time love the app though.
This business is amazing! It is legit to make money i was a bit hesitant but after i did the cash out, i got it approved i was able to order stuff! I definitely recommend if you want extra cash for shopping, or having dinner out or anything fun!
I am not getting all my rewards and they say submit a ticket but they just get rejected. I am doing. Everything they ask.

I've been using Freecash since July 13,2024. You HAVE to verify youself with an ID. I've only played a few games that I know I like and so far I've made $35.05 from doing so. I've spent in total 48 hours playing in 15 days. (Averages abouts 3.2 hours a day). Not too bad. Some I've given up on due to not wanting to level 800 to get money. That's way too high IMO. Some games don't even start paying out until you reach certain levels (one game started paying at level 100) I'm not playing that much for free. Sorry. I've had a few apps not pay out and FreeCash has approved them after proof (I screenshot every step just to be safe) and I've also cashed out $10 amazon and instantly was given the gift code. Like, it popped up on the screen after I clicked to redeem it. PayPal is available as is a lot of others like XBox and Playstation. UberEats, Netflix, DoorDash and even a Visa card. Plus a bunch others. I don't like that some of the rewards have to wait a few days. I have $8.50 available to redeem and $20.15 available "soon" (it DOES give you a time frame like one says "in one day") but still. If I spend my own money on a game I expect the reward to be delayed. They want to make sure no chargebacks.
I enjoyed playing the games. The time limits are short but apart from that very good. And it was quick and easy to get my winnings
