I received a damaged bottle of cologne, which would have been no big deal if so much hadn't leaked out in transit. When I contacted customer service they made me send pictures of boxes, slips, the bottle, etc for three weeks before telling me they weren't going to do anything about it.
Save your time, energy, and money, and do not purchase from these guys. If you do, I sincerely recommend you do not attempt to get any help from customer service, as they will not help you under any circumstances.

Tip for consumers:
I think they are selling damaged colognes; hence their cheap prices, but they do not tell you that's what they are doing. So in my case, I got a damaged cologne and though they do not warn you, they also do not let you exchange it for an undamaged item.

This is horrible its smells like water. Right nothing it smells like nothing. How do you get away with selling this. Highly disappointed never again. Sorry I ordered now let's see if I get my refund or I get ripped off in that too. Happy and hypnotic poison. Unbelievable

I'm not sure if this website is a scam but it possibly is, I had an order that was marked as delivered on the 12th of January but I still have not received it and I have got into contact with them and they could not help me and I have tried the carrier and they told me it was the merchants mistake so I'm not sure if it's a scam or whats going on, no one has been able to help.

This company have zero customer service and lost a customer. £17 Item they deceived me as the description didn't match the goods received. Item was Counterfeit Decant and not an original Mugler product.

Refused to send me a shipping label to return item. Refused refund.

I was in the United States visiting & drop shipped to a friends home in the United to an address 30 minutes away from the FragranceX warehouse. I am from Australia so generally the shipping in very expensive. I have purchased from FragranceX for many years but on this occasion drop shipped to a US address to save on cost and time with receiving my products. The delivery day was changed to the day of my departure. Unfortunately due to the delivery charge date I missed out on my package and am not entirely sure where it ended up.

Post-order support asks stupid questions that will not be answered (6-digit code from the bank), but the bank should not provide it to the buyer. So the order will still be cancelled!

Ordered Creed Aventis from them and received a fake. Had to fight for a refund, but eventually got it. Best to shop elsewhere. Would give 0 stars, if possible.

I bought perfume from this site and can confirm that it was 100% fake. Bar code wrong, box once opened wouldn't close properly and smell was awful.
Still waiting for my refund 3 months on.
Fake website, fake product and awful customer service. Same response and from same person is not what you would expect from legitimate business.

On August 19,2020 we made a purchase from FragranceX.com in the sum of $374.99 CDN or $284.88 USD. We have purchased from here before several times and the package was delivered correctly on each of those purchases. When we traced the package it was returned as "Address doesn't exist". Really? It made it here the last 3 times. WTF? After countless hours trying to get through to them on never answered phone lines we opted to try their email hoping that it may get through. Surprise, surprise they finally responded and stated in the email that due to the circumstances we were entitled to a FULL refund. Stupidly expecting that the situation was corrected we waited and our credit card statement comes in with a $13.57 difference between purchase and a full refund. Of course the phone was useless at that point in the day as they stopped answering it, so I called first thing in the morning when they opened for business and amazingly got a human and no surprise with an attitude. She acknowledged that we have ordered from this address in the past several times but because it was returned by their scam carrier in Canada(who never even attempted delivery because they said the address doesn't exist), they (FragranceX) were going to side with the carrier who is never wrong. Nothing like a direct contradiction, and when asked to explain the price difference on the return all she said was get over it we are keeping your money for shipping, even though the shipping was free because of the size of order, and she slammed the phone down to cut us off. Their chosen shipper in Canada is through Sprint Star Express, who have a 0 out of 5 star rating with 10's of thousands of reviews stating the same thing. This appears to be part of the scam between Sprint Star and FragranceX so they keep the product and money. Fragrance X lies by telling you one thing and then doing another by hiding behind their Return Policy: "Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error." Packages undelivered because attempts weren't made in the first place to deliver them. Thieves because of the keeping of your money. Initially I would have given these people a good review in the past for the deliveries we did receive, but I won't accept this kind of abuse again. I have since found another company that has an excellent review and better product lines and pricing. All I can say is truly stay away from these crooks as you will only end up disappointed with their dispute resolution process, the over all attitude is we got your money, we are right and you are wrong so take your business elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company as they really hate people and their customer service is atrocious. Read all of the negative reviews about them and their delivery contractors before you invest your money and time taking the gamble as to whether they are legit or not, it will save you a lot of grief and money in the long run. Do your homework...If the price is to good to be true it probably isn't.

The website looks nice and legit but after ordering, I got 2 different tracking from them and have not even received the product after 4 weeks. On their site, the tracking shows that the product was shipped out within 2 days and it has reached up to Customs clearing level in Malaysia and got stuck there. On the actual carrier tracking site Janio, the product has not even been picked up after 4 weeks. I believe their internal tracking system is forged to show that the orders were processed and shipped out but in reality nothing was shipped out. 4 weeks from my order now, I have not received the items and their CS cannot even tell me where the package is except their standard reply " product is being shipped to you". They know it's very hard for international customers to file a claim or get a refund so all I can say is that it is a BIG SCAM!

BE CAREFUL, DONT EXPECT FIRST CLASS SERVICE. I NEVER GOT MY PRODUCTS SO CANNOT EVEN TELL WHETHER IT IS LEGIT

I ordered a Hermes perfume at £130 for my wife. When the perfume arrived it smelled nothing like the perfume and the smell faded after seconds rather than hours.

Asked FragranceX for a refund and was told there would be a $34-35 charge. Very reluctantly I accepted as I obviously got stung, but even so no returns label.

If I could score minus 10 I would. How has this company got a 4star rating... AVOID AT ALL COST.

My shipment arrived damaged. There was very little packing in the box to protect the bottles of perfume. One bottle had slid out of the box. I asked for a refund or replacement for the bottle of perfume that was not what I ordered and that was shown in the photo online. The said it was just packaged different and would not refund or replace my purchase. I suspect counterfeit as it smells foul like pee.

They kept telling me for fraud purposes they needed a nonexistent 6 digit number from B of A to confirm my identy. B of A said there was no such number. They said call Apple Pay for it. They said same thing. Try hey eventually got rude when i asked for a supervisor and hung up on me. They refunded my money tho. Stupid is stupid does….

Fake perfume - purchased Burberry Black and when I opened the nozzle of the bottle to refill a smaller bottle to carry in my handbag I noticed that this was impossible as the nozzle was completely different.
I was "kindly" offered to return the bottle and get a refund MINUS 20% OFF as I haven't kept the original packaging. When I contacted dear old Sam from FrangranceX customer service to ask how could I have known the the perfume is fake WITHOUT opening the package, he kept repeating the same answer saying there is nothing they can do.

Stay away from this company - their products are NOT legit!

First of all, this company is nice in selection of products offered. What good does it do for me to continue to order and you can't get my products to me via usps. I've called in on my last 4-5 orders from ordering weekly to having to get refund after refund. Wouldn't common sense tell you to quit using this vendor as a reliable source of getting shipments out. Thank God for the Amazon hub employee who told me to file a claim via usps. I'm so over their bull$#*! any other fragrance companies that don't do the trifling bull$#*! fragrance x does?

Don't buy from these shady scammers I bought 2 perfumes both wear absolutely nothing like the real perfumes after returning the items they have refused to refund me I bought them December 2019 this is February 2020 still not refund and they received my return cause it was signed for with signature they are a big scam selling fake fragrance

I went with this company because I thought it was reputable. I never had Versace that took more than three squirts to last all day. This product will last three hours. When I open the package I was surprised to read that it was a tester. Not for sale, illegal sell, vietata la vendite is written on the side of the bottle.

A tester is typically used in a department store or fragrance counter. Sometimes they do not have a cap or box, but they are just like the full-priced version. Testers are a great way to save when you know you like the product and rather not pay more for the fancy packaging. I have emailed you a return label for you to return the item if you are not satisfied with it. We never received any email from you regarding this issue. If we had you would have been advised that Testers are just an opportunity for customers to save money. As long as they do not care if they receive a fancy box.
