I've been pretty pleased with the products i have received from the company. Sometimes I've experienced slower delivery times but i know during these times in a pandemic you only can do what you can and i totally understand! But over all i have been happy with service from fragranceX.

My order was real and not a fake and was at an amazing price but processing took forever and when I asked for help nobody helped.
Shipping was safe, the item was safely delivered, and the product was authentic!
Overall an outstanding experience. Only one issue. When I tried to take the cap off to get to the spray nozzle. The spray nozzle came off. I had to put the spray nozzle back on. Now I can't put the large cap covering over the spray nozzle. So I keep it off.
Easy but thanks to slow holiday delivery didn't get until after Christmas.
