I have tried placing an order and cancelling because my apt wasn't included. It would not allow me to cancel, no answer on ph, & email said someone would respond in 1 day. They did cancel & I replaced only for it to verify my address again w/o the apt number. Still won't allow me to cancel. My apt# was there thru the ordering process but once the order was placed, it was removed.
My delivery went missing and end up a shifty local mailing service and they never gave me my package worth few hundred $$. I reach out to Fragrance X customer service and got run aground with complain tickets which was never resolved. It was a Christmas present for family and I end up spent twice to replaced it. The worst part till today after 6months I didn't got refund nor my order.
Surely I will never order this this site and recommend other to be aware.

The customer service email kept returning with "part of the message not received" every time I've attempted to attach photos. The CS advisors acted like they can't read and when I've lost my temper - denied further support (as if there was any from the beginning!) AVOID THIS COMPANY

I received a damaged bottle of cologne, which would have been no big deal if so much hadn't leaked out in transit. When I contacted customer service they made me send pictures of boxes, slips, the bottle, etc for three weeks before telling me they weren't going to do anything about it.
Save your time, energy, and money, and do not purchase from these guys. If you do, I sincerely recommend you do not attempt to get any help from customer service, as they will not help you under any circumstances.

I think they are selling damaged colognes; hence their cheap prices, but they do not tell you that's what they are doing. So in my case, I got a damaged cologne and though they do not warn you, they also do not let you exchange it for an undamaged item.

I'm not sure if this website is a scam but it possibly is, I had an order that was marked as delivered on the 12th of January but I still have not received it and I have got into contact with them and they could not help me and I have tried the carrier and they told me it was the merchants mistake so I'm not sure if it's a scam or whats going on, no one has been able to help.

I was in the United States visiting & drop shipped to a friends home in the United to an address 30 minutes away from the FragranceX warehouse. I am from Australia so generally the shipping in very expensive. I have purchased from FragranceX for many years but on this occasion drop shipped to a US address to save on cost and time with receiving my products. The delivery day was changed to the day of my departure. Unfortunately due to the delivery charge date I missed out on my package and am not entirely sure where it ended up.

First of all, this company is nice in selection of products offered. What good does it do for me to continue to order and you can't get my products to me via usps. I've called in on my last 4-5 orders from ordering weekly to having to get refund after refund. Wouldn't common sense tell you to quit using this vendor as a reliable source of getting shipments out. I ordered a Hermes perfume at £130 for my wife. When the perfume arrived it smelled nothing like the perfume and the smell faded after seconds rather than hours.
Asked FragranceX for a refund and was told there would be a $34-35 charge. Very reluctantly I accepted as I obviously got stung, but even so no returns label.
If I could score minus 10 I would. How has this company got a 4star rating... AVOID AT ALL COST.

Overall prices are great on items, but their "Same Day Free Shipping" is not even close to true. Whatever the estimated ship time is, add at least 6 business days to this. They will claim its carrier fault, if so, they need to provide more reliable shipping or remove their shipping claims.

I ordered a product I was on the waitlist for that I received an email for that it was in stock. I placed the order on December 11, didn't receive any shipment updates as of 12/15/2020. I received a update on 12/19/2020, received the package at my door this morning (12/20/2020) and it wasn't at all what I'd ordered and what was suppose to have been shipped. I will ve returning the fragrance and this will be my only time ever using this website.
I used PayPal to pay for my order on this website and they cancelled my order stating I need to use my credit card on their website. They didn't even notify me that they cancelled my order, I only happen to find out when I inquired about the delay they stated they issued a refund. In addition, they also passed along my email address to other companies. This company is unethical and a scam. Don't provide them your information they will sale it without your permission. Plus if you notice only good reviews are posted. It's not odd it's misleading this will not get posted because they are most likely going to discard this review. They don't even answer phones for authentic customer service.

Purchased an item because it's specifically said it would be here by Valentine's Day and then as soon as I hit the submit on my payment it said it would be here an extra two days afterwards. I called customer service the girl was extremely rude and kept saying slick and Sly remarks instead of trying to fix the issue. She proceeded to ask me for a screenshot for proof I sent her the screenshot and she still refused to fix the issue and abide by what the website said. This website delivers false advertising and the representative refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to have one call me back. I am finally a formal complaint against this company and I will never shop here again!

Not what I was expecting. Unfortunately it didn't smell anything like the cologne I requested. I paid a lot of money and absolutely dislike the scent.
I thought that I would get what I paid for. Expecting a certain scent and was far from it.

Terrible service! They neither delivered my order nor refunded my money and now they're saying I'll be charged 5.99 USD. Total scam. They expect you to sit and move nowhere waiting 24/7 in case their courier might come. They do not respond to queries or try to resolve the issue either. Just avoid at all cost and look for better alternative especially if you're ordering out of US.

This does NOT have the scent of the original when first produced! The scent it does have, lasts for two seconds. Really? This is not worth the money I paid for it! The ingredients might be the same, but either the order of ingredients are changed from a large amount to the least amount, or eliminated altogether! I am sooo disappointed. Please, bring back the original!
