I had a free year,military. After a few months it disappeared. I've jumped through countless hoops many times providing proof many times and got no where. I wasted a fare amount of time and concluded this was A WASTE OF MY TIME.

Very disappointed. There wasn't a place to enter a request for a site. Simply have to meander around until you find what you want.
I thought Fox Nation would have Greg Gutfeld and some other quality shows.
The programing, meaning the ease of navigating around the site. Understanding what is there and how to bring it up. This are the main reason for the 0 rating.
Fox Nation is able to do a quality site. It seems they do not care about their business.

I am an annual subscriber paid to November, each time you want to watch, you have to sign in, every time annoying, asked customer service, no reply, my advice DON'T SUBSCRIBE, because I I complained, they took my money, and blocked me from signing in, when you ask for help, require payment for answer CLASS ACT, BUYER BEWARE

We have fox nation tried to find new show under fox files steaming?nothing there,went to chat bot might as well talked to my cat.we can not find email give us credit card # had enough!

Not happy with fox nation holding my credit card#,I cancelled before free trail period was up and still billed, claiming I never cancelled so no refund tried talking to some with no luck so I am stuck with another year and looks like I will have to call credit card Company to issue new # so it doesn't, happen again

Signed up for 7 day free trial and of course you have to sign up for a plan well half way through free plan ran across where veterans get 1yr free plan which I did but they went ahead and charged for a 1 yr of charges. Can't get anyone besides bots to respond. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. CALLING MY CC TO DISPUTE CHARGES. NEVER AGAIN

When I signed up for fox nation I signed for 1 year because of cost effectiveness and I thought I would benefit from their information. After 1 year I had not used it as much as I anticipated; however, my subscription was automatically renewed. When I cancelled after a few days into my renewal period, I was told that I would not receive any rebated refund on the full yearly amount. Morale to this story is always read the fine print and NEVER, NEVER sign up for more than the minimum timeframe... at least not with FOX.

Don't subscribe unless you want them to attempt to charge your card every other day after canceling.

My fault was not realizing that if you don't have a premium TV Provider (we cut the chord and only pay for Disney+/ESPN+, Hulu basic) THEY WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and then tell you All Sales Are Final even though you can't access their service. No flexibility, no fair offer of a credit, nothing other than SORRY, and thank you for contacting our customer service. After trying to end the CHAT conversation multiple times by saying I hadn't replied (within seconds of sending their message) pert of their closing comment was this: "I understand and I apologize for any frustration with our non-refundable policy. Is there anything else that I can assist you with today," unethical business, frustrating customer "service", and refusal to work with a customer that up till now was a serious foxnationfan.

I do not need to be EVANGELIZED, and when I pay for FOX NEWS in app form, I do not appreciate most of the programming being geared towards the BILLY GRAHAM CRUSADE! You had a chance here to put out a quality NEWS product, but instead EVERYTHING I watched seemed like an evangelical crusade. Big Mistake. Your programming director needs his/her head examined. People so old they want to watch this $#*!, are too old to know how to use streaming services. What a LETDOWN! No one wants to pay to be EVANGELIZED!

I signed up 6 months ago, paid $68. Hadn't used it often, inserted my saved login credentials, next page asks for a NEW "annual" subscription--but, but, but I've already paid for an annual! Can't log in on Amazon firestick b/c of this--even though creds are good, and annual plan already paid. Trying to get a hold of them is a fool's errand. They offer NO customer phone number, say that they have a "chat" process (non-existent), just a support box for OTHER non-pertinent questions. Any email you send them, their "contact us" email box is ALWAYS full!

Bloody nonsense!

Just joined with a 2yr subscription yesterday. Found out right of the bat they have a auto renewal. I hate companies not telling the future consumer that there will be automatic payment taken out of their accounts after the initial sign up. Then found out unless you have a cable subscription you only get 10 min of live programs. That was also not disclosed. You can listen to the past shows, but only audio. I can do that on Sirius. Very disappointed on the salesmanship in selling the Foxnation App. Also disappointed in the talk show hosts on using their platform to push the service that is not totally consumer friendly. Their no better than what they preach about on what some of the democratic party does. BUY IT FIRST READ IT LATER. I really thought better of fox and their associates. I would like for them to apologize for their miss and lack of description of the app instead of telling the TV family of FOX how easy it is to sign up. Thank You Wayne from FL. PS after trying to send review Fox makes you go through face book to send it in more disappointment and more work. Really ashamed of you guys!
