Good site, with a GREAT selection of games, punctual customer support, recently revamped the entire site, and for the most part it was a great improvement all around... But id be lying if I said I didn't miss the old dice game... RIP

To all longtime users of site I have been with Fortunejack for around 5 years now. Had some issues here and there but support was always excellent. We'll that's no longer the case at Fortunejack instead their support will not give you your withdrawal and treat you like you're a criminal when I've been nothing but a loyal customer if theirs. In fact it's sad actually that they're definitely going to go under by treating the people that keep them in business like they've done something wrong. All I can say is do not put your money into this site anymore as they are no longer an anonymous casino. Stay away from Fortunejack they've just restricted me from even logging in while holding back an 800€ withdrawal acting like I'm laundering money or something. It's seems to me that maybe they're under new management and it's going to sink them if they don't get rid of the fool who is in charge of support soon. Do they really think they can survive without customers who make deposits almost everyday then when you actually do a withdrawal just up and say that you've been accused of suspicious activity please verify KYC when you've done nothing different for the last 5 years. The whole point that this site has always tried to portray is that it's an anonymous online casino. Whether or not it's in their T&C they only ask for KYC if you were actually doing something suspicious which I wasn't and a great many others recently going through the same experience weren't doing anything suspicious either. They've got something going on or like I said some new fool working in there who's going to be the cause of their demise. So I get an email back from support saying that they've forwarded my email to the proper personnel for review. So I'm like thanks then I stupidly go on to relate this story on how there was only one time I had a problem with anything from support and its when they accused me of profiting off 2 accounts. Which case it was determined that I was not and they asked me which account I'd like to use and the deactivated the other one problem solved then they released my withdrawal of 2000€. That's was like 3 yrs ago so me being the honest customer tell support this and bam now they accuse me of using multiple accounts and terminate my withdrawal over something resolved with their dept over 3 years ago. This is why I say stay AWAY from Fortunejack because the IQ in their support dept has depleted completely with some sort of strong arm mentality. I don't even care about them taking my money so much as to them accusing me of something that I had just related to them that was done and over with years ago. I can go to other casinos but I had never had to worry about that until now. Your welcome fellow Fortunejack users soon to be victims yours truly Neth100. (Or used to be that since I can no longer login) Wake up Fortunejack someone is sabotaging your business from within. Also if you look up info on Fortunejack through ICANN you will notice that all information for them has been redacted so they want their info to stay anonymous but now expect you to give up your info. No thanks same old story everything changing for the worse these days. However I do know that they're in violation of cloudfare T&C and you can file an abuse report with cloudfare about this and then Fortunejack will get the treatment they're giving out when they'll be seen as a liability and restricted. Instra Corporation also has T&C that Fortunejack is probably in violation of whom they also use fill out an abuse report with them too. See Fortunejack I wasn't bluffing was I this is just the beginning of multiple reviews across a great many platforms to get the word out about your current abusive support team.
