I had a slip and fall incident while I was pregnant. Morgan and Morgan were my go to lawyers. They were efficient in helping me understand each and every question that was brought before and they help me come out on top.
I was able to have all my questions answered, and felt very comfortable through the process knowing I would be represented well. My attorney was competent and made firm demands, and I'm very satisfied with the results!

We were hit by a hot and run driver, got it on video and the guys license plate. The guy driving was not the registered owner, the guy driving didn't have insurance but the registered owner did. For some reason they didn't want to go after the registered owner even though he was liable! Do not recommend

Attacked by a dog. I was staying at my friend's house and he had to go to work, so I went out to go make food and noticed the dog had no food in his bowl and seemed hungry. I broke down a milk Bone and put it in his bowl. Then I had to walk past him because my room that I was staying in was in the back. Then I made the mistake of putting his head and he just attacked and was growling. I didn't know what to do because my hand was stuck so I pushed him away with my other hand where he grabbed my wrist.

Jay Halloway said he would help me write a demand letter.
I left messages and several calls and he never return them.
I believe he wanted me to let his firm take the case and that's why he lied to me.
I don't want no law firm representing me that don't have integrity. Clients be aware of Jay halloway. I am very disappointed with his actions.

I filled out a questionnaire on the Morgan & Morgan website advising of the details with the accident I had incurred due to the negligence of someone else. I was advised that I will be contacted and they were very prompt with responding and spent the time to listen to me explain the details. M & M contracted my case, assured me I had a case then transferred it to another attorney that dropped my case, citing a wrong reason, leaving me out in the middle of nowhere without representation. It will be very difficult to get another attorney now. John Morrgan says "trust us" & "for the people" but don't make the same mistake I did & "trust them". Morgan & Morgan (John Morgan) has really damaged me! TRUST?!
I hired Morgan and Morgan in 2008 and they helped me win my case. I'm loyal to those who help me so when I had another accident 10/28/2021 I reached out and was politely helped and my case was taken again. I'm glad someone cares about the average working man. God bless Morgan and Morgan.

I was driving down a to way block and doing the speed limit when a 300 pound guy open the door against my vehicle why I was moving which case me to hit the curve when I pulled over it startled me cause me to hit my back on the driver side door which causes me back pains

I filed an SSDI application and it has now been at the reconsideration stage since March 2023. The process is stressful enough to deal with the SSA. To have the paralegal I am assuming reach out after you emailed them 2 weeks ago. Not too comforting. Financially, I am struggling and have not worked since January 2020. Morgan & Morgan from my observation is not living up to what they advertise in their commercials from what I am seeing and experiencing. I have not once spoken to the lawyer representing my case. It makes you wish you had gone with a local firm in your city. So far, I am not seeing what is advertised.
I called Morgan and Morgan right after my accident talked to representative on the phone got everything taken care of to handle my case and it gives you good peace of mind that someone's going to take care of you.
