I phoned Morgan and Morgan and spoke to Annette located in Florida. Annette is such a nice person and went beyond what was expected. Morgan and Morgan are so fortunate to have such a super staff member. I needed an address and Annette directed me to the right office. During our conversation I felt special. This firm appears to only accept cases when it stands to gain substantial profit rather than focusing on the clients' interests. Moreover, the representative seems ill-equipped to handle the intake process effectively. My interaction with the staff left an impression of insufficient expertise. After being transferred five times, it became clear that none of the representatives possessed the necessary knowledge. I cannot recommend spending even a minute with them.

Just having a difficult time trying to send things and getting assistance
I hired Morgan and Morgan as my attorney to represent me on Ozempic mass tort claim.
I got nothing but the runaround for almost six months not hearing from anybody at all
One of my attorney, if you wish to call her that, finally called me back. Kathy Chambers was rude, obnoxious and condescending. Then she had audacity to hang up on me
Today, after speaking to my paralegal on the case, I received a disturbing text saying they dropped my case, no further explanation.

Terrible law firm. They do not care about their clients. The lawyer I had lied to me about my case. Did not fight for me. Bullied me into settling when I did not want to. She also refused to allow me to see recommended surgeons I needed to see for proper medical care. I am disabled for life and left in severe pain. My lawyer did not care at all. She even was joking with the opposing lawyer and having fun with him during each meeting. This law firm also screwed over my brother. If you value youself, go elsewhere for representation.

My girlfriend called and they took my case and are already getting things started. They care about you as a person and also want to get you everything you deserve. The Morgan & Morgan law firm are very unprofessional people they never respond to your calls I dealt with a lawyer named Reginald McIntyre he never answered my emails never responds to my calls when he did he was very unprofessional over the phone he never kept me up to date with my case and I lost my case and I found out by a third party not even by my own lawyer now to do an appeal I wanna hire another lawyer but because they do not give me a letter of release I cannot hire a lawyer I've called them numerous times regarding the letter I spoke to Mr McIntyre he said I'd get the letter in 7 days it's been past 20 days and I have not received the letter I had to go to Philly so they could send him a message so he could call me meaning I drove an hour and 20 minutes just so I could get a phone call from him again he said he sent out the letter when I asked what date did he sent out the letter he refused to tell me the date he said you'll get the letter when you get the letter so do not hire this law firm stay away from them they are very unprofessional and don't care about people's feelings or what they're going through

Morgan and Morgan Prey on Slip and fall victims
This is based on my experience and opinions of Morgan and Morgan.
Morgan and Morgan use the perfect bait and switch for a quick payday.
They prey on slip and fall victims.
You sign the contract, and they will drop your case within a year, Guess what they do? They keep their lien on your case.
Their harmful tactics, pressure, and unethical practices caused my 70-year-old mom to have an attack and go to the emergency room.
The attorney or case manager made and accepted a settlement offer without discussing this with my mom.
Today, Morgan & Morgan quit because what they did is illegal. This is legal malpractice, and I told my mom not to sign the documents.
I have emails to back up all my claims. Please feel free to contact me, and I will freely share.
User's recommendation: Don't get sucked in by Morgan & Morgan's false advertisement. They are not for the people, it's all about the money. I'll share the emails.

Shortly after I made an online inquiry, on a Saturday evening, I was contacted by this office. Very good I'm really hoping that they will be able to help me with my case for losing my mother
I was pumping gas when the nozzle detached from the hose and doused my body head to toe in gasoline. The GM of the Dunkin' Doughnuts did an emergency shut off for the pumps when I went to the drive thru window telling her what happened. She saw gas going everywhere and quickly responded. They got me wet towels. After leaving the station, my skin began to burn and all I could smell was gas fumes when I took a breath.

Due to Pandemic and seating a jury plus, not knowing when we could seat a jury we agreed to settle the complaint. Reimbursement was pennies compared to the reported accident and problem. Responsible party in reality walked away with unclean hands.
My attorney Jerred Martin and his assistant Amber Gould did a fabulous job worked hard and in no way could he control the pandemic or any influence seating a jury. Will certainly use his office for any of my legal needs.

My medical Information was stolen due to a hack and I wanted to speak with someone about taking legal action. I called twice and was hung up on both times. I was very respectful and went above and beyond to provide as much information as I could. I asked the lawyer if she would like me to send a copy of the letter I received and she hung up.
