I ordered a $45 recordable alarm from this site. It got delivered, but the response on the shipping & shipping cost was pretty odd, and delayed. They have an option for Fedex, and USPS Priority, no regular mail option. This is for an item that's about 3" long, and probably weighs a 2-3 ounces. I paid 9.60 for the Priority mail on a Monday. On Friday it still hadn't arrived yet. I call them, their "phone hours" do not include Fridays, send an email please, etc. I send a mail, response is a copy/example of some other or mockup order screenshot of shipping charges showing that First Class mail (in that order? No option for such in mine...) costs more than Priority... I don't get it.

At any rate, the item finally arrives the following TUESDAY, and by UPS! Of which they have no option to even ship on their checkout. Very strange. I simply sent the thing back unopened, we had already had the c. C. company recredit the charge. Summary: products may be good, but shipping/delivery appears to be undependable and variable.
