I just wrote a lengthy email to their direct email sight after being unsuccessful (2 times) in getting a response from the person responsible for handling this. I'm giving them one more chance to correct this before completing this review. TIC-TOC The type of completed review will depend on their action and how quick

I dont recommend shopping for a vehicle at Ford Lincoln Fairfield to anyone. Ford Lincoln Fairfield is still unfairly withholding about $7,500 of what I originally used as a Trade In/Down Payment for a vehicle that I had to sell back to them within about 2 months time due to Financial Hardship of which I will be struggling through for quite some time. They are not legally obligated to return this money so continue to retain it. It is a moral issue that no consumer should ignore. If there is a problem with the purchase and you miss the 3 day buy back guarantee, they seem to want to take advantage even when they know it's not right. At this point and still they do not have my blessing. Perhaps just the opposite until I am paid the money I feel they owe me.
