I ordered 2 pairs of boots, made sure they were the correct size because the site says "all clearance sales final!" Got the boots - brand spanking new in the box & fit like my old boots did! THEN I got an ad saying they were having a sale! Bought 2 MORE PAIRS of my favorite boots for a fraction of the cost retail! Ended up with 4 pairs of boots for the retail price of one pair! Received the second 2 pairs today & am extremely happy with FootSmart!
My mom ordered black/white floral Easy Spirit shows and received horrific-looking blue floral shoes. When I tried to help her exchange them to the ones she ordered, nothing in the shoe was available (no sizes or colors). Return would cost $10 and reading reviews here, she probably would not receive a refund. So we are keeping them...but will not order from here ever again. What a scam!

I have been a customer of Footsmart for years. Orders always shipped promptly, well packed, quality shoes that last for years, comfortable, and I receive many compliments on them and requests for where did I get them. Last month I messed up my order and they went out of their way to fix it, even sending me a refund without my asking, even though the item was on sale with a no return policy.
What I can say about their services and quality of shoes. I ordered a pair of shoe and the delivered on time. The quality of my shoes were amazing.
